1. Purpose of This Policy

This Affiliate Policy explains the general rules that apply to Affiliates who promote MRNMarket, the Platform, Products, Sellers, Services, offers, links, campaigns, or marketplace activity.

This Policy is intended to support lawful promotion, transparent disclosures, brand protection, fraud prevention, fair commission review, tax compliance, and responsible affiliate participation.

This Policy should be read together with:

If this Policy conflicts with the Affiliate Agreement or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply.

2. MRNMarket’s Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not the Seller, manufacturer, supplier, carrier, delivery company, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, Merchant of Record, bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, legal adviser, tax adviser, or party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Affiliates promote MRNMarket or approved offers but do not act as employees, agents, brokers, legal representatives, partners, franchisees, or authorized spokespersons of MRNMarket unless expressly authorized in writing.

Affiliates must not make promises, warranties, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of MRNMarket.

3. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate as an Affiliate, you must:

1. meet MRNMarket eligibility requirements;
2. provide accurate and current information;
3. complete required verification;
4. comply with MRNMarket policies;
5. comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection, tax, sanctions, anti-spam, and marketing laws;
6. use approved promotional methods;
7. make required disclosures;
8. avoid fraud, abuse, manipulation, and deception;
9. protect MRNMarket’s brand;
10. have authority to act for any business or entity you represent; and
11. not be prohibited from participation by legal, sanctions, fraud, compliance, or payment processor restrictions.

MRNMarket may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or terminate affiliate participation at any time where permitted by policy and law.

Participation is not guaranteed.

4. Affiliate Verification

MRNMarket may require Affiliates to complete identity, business, tax, payment, promotional channel, compliance, fraud, sanctions, or risk review.

MRNMarket may request:

1. legal name;
2. business name;
3. contact information;
4. address;
5. government identification;
6. tax forms or tax identification information;
7. payment or payout information;
8. website or social media channels;
9. promotional methods;
10. traffic sources;
11. audience information;
12. ownership or representative information;
13. compliance documents;
14. sanctions screening information;
15. fraud review information; and
16. other information required by MRNMarket, Payment Processors, or applicable law.

Verification does not guarantee commission approval, payout eligibility, payout timing, continued participation, or absence of enforcement action.

5. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote MRNMarket only through approved or permitted promotional methods, which may include:

1. websites;
2. blogs;
3. social media;
4. video content;
5. educational content;
6. newsletters;
7. email where legally compliant and authorized;
8. referral links;
9. referral codes;
10. approved banners;
11. approved landing pages;
12. creator content;
13. influencer content;
14. business referrals;
15. community content;
16. and other approved promotional channels.

MRNMarket may restrict, prohibit, or require approval for specific channels, campaigns, keywords, countries, audiences, claims, creatives, traffic sources, or promotional methods.

6. Required Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law, platform rules, or MRNMarket policies.

Disclosures should be placed where Users can see and understand them before or at the time they interact with affiliate content or links.

Examples of acceptable disclosure language may include:

1. “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
2. “As an affiliate, I may receive compensation from qualifying referrals.”
3. “This post contains affiliate links.”

Disclosures must not be hidden, vague, misleading, buried, or placed only in locations unlikely to be noticed.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, influencer marketing, consumer protection, and disclosure laws.

7. Brand Usage Rules

Affiliates may use MRNMarket’s name, logos, links, banners, images, trademarks, or marketing materials only as permitted by MRNMarket policies or written authorization.

Affiliates must not:

1. alter MRNMarket logos without permission;
2. create fake official MRNMarket pages;
3. impersonate MRNMarket;
4. register confusingly similar domains, usernames, apps, or accounts;
5. imply employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or official spokesperson status;
6. use MRNMarket trademarks in misleading ads;
7. misuse MRNMarket brand assets;
8. make unauthorized claims about MRNMarket; or
9. damage MRNMarket’s brand reputation.

MRNMarket may require removal, correction, or modification of affiliate content at any time where permitted by policy and law.

8. Promotional Claims

Affiliate claims must be truthful, accurate, current, not misleading, and supported by evidence where required.

Affiliates must not make unsupported claims about:

1. guaranteed earnings;
2. guaranteed refunds;
3. guaranteed delivery;
4. guaranteed Buyer Protection;
5. guaranteed Seller verification;
6. guaranteed safety;
7. guaranteed payouts;
8. guaranteed approval;
9. Product quality;
10. Seller quality;
11. legal compliance;
12. tax outcomes;
13. financial outcomes;
14. investment returns;
15. medical or health benefits; or
16. any other unsupported or misleading claim.

Affiliates must not suggest that MRNMarket is a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, legal adviser, or tax adviser unless MRNMarket expressly states so in writing.

9. Prohibited Promotional Activity

Affiliates must not engage in prohibited promotional activity, including:

1. spam;
2. phishing;
3. malware;
4. fake accounts;
5. fake traffic;
6. bot traffic;
7. fake referrals;
8. self-referrals where prohibited;
9. cookie stuffing;
10. forced clicks;
11. hidden links;
12. misleading links;
13. unauthorized paid ads;
14. unauthorized trademark bidding;
15. domain squatting;
16. typosquatting;
17. impersonation;
18. fake MRNMarket pages;
19. misleading review sites;
20. fake urgency;
21. fake discounts;
22. fake scarcity;
23. false income claims;
24. false refund claims;
25. false safety claims;
26. false delivery claims;
27. undisclosed sponsored content;
28. deceptive influencer promotions;
29. unauthorized SMS or messaging campaigns;
30. scraping;
31. data misuse;
32. promotion of prohibited Products;
33. promotion of unlawful activity; or
34. any activity prohibited by MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

10. Affiliate Tracking

MRNMarket may use affiliate links, referral codes, cookies, tracking pixels, platform records, analytics tools, or third-party affiliate systems to track referral activity.

Affiliate tracking may be affected by:

1. browser settings;
2. cookie deletion;
3. ad blockers;
4. privacy tools;
5. device changes;
6. attribution windows;
7. tracking errors;
8. fraud review;
9. account verification;
10. refunds;
11. cancellations;
12. chargebacks;
13. technical issues;
14. Payment Processor rules; and
15. applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee that every click, referral, conversion, Order, commission, or payout will be tracked, credited, approved, or paid.

11. Commission Eligibility

Affiliate commissions may be earned only if all applicable requirements are satisfied.

Commission eligibility may depend on:

1. approved Affiliate status;
2. valid tracking;
3. approved promotional method;
4. qualifying referral;
5. qualifying Order or activity;
6. successful payment;
7. no refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud, or abuse;
8. completion of applicable review periods;
9. compliance with campaign terms;
10. compliance with MRNMarket policies;
11. completion of verification;
12. required tax documentation;
13. Payment Processor rules;
14. applicable law; and
15. MRNMarket approval.

Commissions are not earned merely because a link was clicked or a User visited the Platform.

12. Commission Denial, Reversal, or Withholding

Commissions may be denied, reversed, reduced, delayed, or withheld for reasons including:

1. invalid tracking;
2. duplicate referral;
3. self-referral where prohibited;
4. fake referral;
5. bot traffic;
6. cookie stuffing;
7. forced clicks;
8. hidden links;
9. unauthorized promotion;
10. misleading claims;
11. prohibited Products;
12. canceled Orders;
13. refunded Orders;
14. chargebacks;
15. fraud indicators;
16. Affiliate policy violations;
17. missing verification;
18. missing tax documentation;
19. Payment Processor requirements;
20. sanctions or compliance concerns; or
21. other reasons permitted by MRNMarket policies.

13. Affiliate Payouts

Affiliate payouts are subject to:

1. Affiliate Agreement;
2. Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy;
3. Payment & Payout Policy;
4. Payment Review and Release Policy;
5. payout thresholds;
6. payout schedules;
7. payout methods;
8. tax documentation;
9. verification;
10. fraud review;
11. compliance review;
12. Payment Processor rules; and
13. applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee payout timing, payout method, payout amount, or payout success.

A commission shown as pending, estimated, approved, or eligible does not guarantee payment.

14. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, tax reporting, tax filings, tax forms, tax payments, business registrations, and legal obligations related to affiliate earnings.

MRNMarket may request tax forms or tax identification information before approving or releasing payouts.

MRNMarket does not provide tax, legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.

15. Data, Privacy, and Marketing Compliance

Affiliates must comply with privacy, anti-spam, marketing, endorsement, influencer, advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

Affiliates must not:

1. collect Personal Data unlawfully;
2. send unlawful marketing messages;
3. use scraped data;
4. buy unauthorized email lists;
5. send spam;
6. fail to provide opt-outs where required;
7. misuse cookies or tracking tools;
8. misrepresent tracking or data practices;
9. violate platform advertising rules;
10. use Personal Data for unauthorized purposes; or
11. misuse User information.

16. Monitoring and Review

MRNMarket may monitor affiliate activity, referrals, traffic sources, claims, content, conversions, refund rates, chargeback rates, complaints, disclosure practices, brand usage, compliance indicators, and fraud indicators.

MRNMarket may request:

1. screenshots;
2. traffic data;
3. ad records;
4. marketing materials;
5. landing page links;
6. social media links;
7. campaign reports;
8. tax documents;
9. verification documents; and
10. other evidence needed to review affiliate compliance.

Failure to cooperate may result in commission denial, payout delay, Account restriction, suspension, termination, or other Enforcement Action.

17. Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions for violations of this Policy, the Affiliate Agreement, campaign terms, MRNMarket policies, or applicable law.

Enforcement Actions may include:

1. warning;
2. request for correction;
3. content removal request;
4. commission denial;
5. commission reversal;
6. payout hold where permitted;
7. payout denial where permitted;
8. affiliate link suspension;
9. campaign access restriction;
10. Account restriction;
11. Account suspension;
12. Account termination;
13. loss of unpaid commissions where permitted;
14. reporting to Payment Processors, regulators, law enforcement, platforms, rights owners, or affected parties where permitted or required;
15. record preservation; and
16. other actions allowed by policy and law.

MRNMarket is not required to apply the same action in every case and may consider severity, risk, history, intent, evidence, legal obligations, platform integrity, and business needs.

18. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, broker, representative, or fiduciary relationship between Affiliate and MRNMarket.

Affiliates have no authority to bind MRNMarket or make commitments on MRNMarket’s behalf.

19. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive confidential or nonpublic information about MRNMarket, campaigns, commissions, tracking, Users, business operations, or platform systems.

Affiliates must protect confidential information and use it only for authorized affiliate purposes.

Affiliates must not disclose confidential information except where required by law or authorized by MRNMarket.

Confidentiality obligations may continue after termination.

20. No Guarantee

MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. affiliate approval;
2. continued participation;
3. campaign availability;
4. tracking accuracy;
5. commission approval;
6. commission amount;
7. payout eligibility;
8. payout timing;
9. payout success;
10. traffic;
11. conversions;
12. earnings;
13. brand approval;
14. program availability; or
15. continued operation of the affiliate program.

21. Program Changes

MRNMarket may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the affiliate program, commission rates, campaign terms, payout methods, attribution rules, promotional rules, eligibility requirements, or this Policy at any time where permitted by policy and law.

Future program features, commission opportunities, or promotional campaigns are not guaranteed.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued affiliate participation after updates are published means the Affiliate acknowledges the updated Policy.

22. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

2. Affiliate Agreement;
3. Affiliate Program Overview;
4. Affiliate Brand Usage Policy;
5. Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines;
6. Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy;
7. Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy;

9. Payment & Payout Policy;
10. Payment Review and Release Policy;
11. Privacy Policy;
12. Cookie & Tracking Policy;
13. Acceptable Use Policy;
14. Communication Policy;
15. Prohibited Products Policy;
16. Intellectual Property Policy;
17. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
18. Definitions Policy; and
19. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Affiliate Agreement or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
