1. Purpose of This Policy

This Listing Policy explains the rules for creating, submitting, displaying, editing, ranking, reviewing, restricting, or removing Product and Service Listings on MRNMarket.

This Policy is intended to support accurate marketplace information, Buyer trust, Seller accountability, lawful commerce, product safety, intellectual property protection, and platform integrity.

This Policy applies to Sellers, Service Providers, Affiliates where applicable, and any User who submits, edits, promotes, or displays Listings or Listing-related content on the Platform.

This Policy does not guarantee Listing approval, Listing visibility, ranking, traffic, clicks, sales, conversions, payout eligibility, or continued access to the Platform.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

1. the Seller;
2. the manufacturer;
3. the supplier;
4. the warehouse operator;
5. the carrier;
6. the delivery company;
7. the importer of record;
8. the exporter of record;
9. the customs broker;
10. the Merchant of Record;
11. a bank;
12. a money transmitter;
13. a licensed escrow provider;
14. a payment processor;
15. a financial institution;
16. a legal adviser;
17. a tax adviser; or
18. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Sellers remain responsible for their Listings, Products, Services, pricing, descriptions, images, availability, fulfillment, delivery obligations, warranties, product compliance, taxes, and legal obligations.

MRNMarket may provide listing tools, review tools, category tools, ranking systems, moderation systems, search systems, compliance tools, and administrative support. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller Listings, Product quality, Product compliance, Seller statements, Seller warranties, or Seller performance, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

3. General Listing Requirements

Listings must be accurate, complete, lawful, current, and not misleading.

A Listing must accurately describe:

1. Product or Service;
2. brand;
3. model;
4. size;
5. quantity;
6. condition;
7. material features;
8. specifications;
9. compatibility;
10. price;
11. taxes or fees where applicable;
12. delivery terms;
13. handling time;
14. return conditions;
15. warranty terms where applicable;
16. restrictions;
17. required licenses or permits where applicable;
18. safety information;
19. and other material terms.

Sellers must update Listings promptly if information changes.

4. Seller Responsibility for Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all Listing information is accurate, lawful, complete, and supported by evidence where required.

Sellers are responsible for:

1. Product descriptions;
2. Product titles;
3. images;
4. videos;
5. pricing;
6. availability;
7. shipping details;
8. return terms;
9. warranty statements;
10. category selection;
11. compliance claims;
12. safety claims;
13. authenticity claims;
14. advertising claims;
15. promotional claims;
16. intellectual property rights;
17. and all other Listing content.

Sellers must maintain records supporting the accuracy, authenticity, legality, and compliance of their Listings.

5. Prohibited Listing Content

Sellers must not submit Listings that:

1. are false, deceptive, inaccurate, or misleading;
2. misrepresent Product identity, condition, origin, quality, quantity, price, delivery, warranty, or availability;
3. contain counterfeit, infringing, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegal, sanctioned, or prohibited Products;
4. offer restricted Products without required authorization;
5. infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights;
6. misuse brand names, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content;
7. contain unauthorized images, copied descriptions, or misleading media;
8. contain fake reviews, false ratings, or manipulated feedback;
9. include spam, malware, phishing links, or harmful code;
10. encourage off-platform payments or prohibited communication;
11. include personal data not required for the Listing;
12. violate privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, product safety, customs, sanctions, tax, or other laws;
13. include hate, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, violence, terrorism, adult exploitation, or other unlawful content;
14. manipulate search, ranking, traffic, categories, referrals, commissions, or Platform systems;
15. or violate MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

MRNMarket may remove, restrict, or reject prohibited Listings.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Products

Sellers must comply with the Prohibited Products Policy and all applicable laws.

Sellers must not list Products or Services that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, stolen, fraudulent, deceptive, sanctioned, recalled, hazardous without authorization, regulated without required licenses, restricted without approval, harmful, or otherwise prohibited.

Restricted Products may be listed only if the Seller satisfies all applicable legal, licensing, documentation, product safety, age verification, category approval, shipping, customs, and MRNMarket approval requirements.

MRNMarket may request documentation, restrict categories, remove Listings, cancel Orders, delay payouts, or suspend Accounts where prohibited or restricted Product concerns arise.

7. Product Condition

Sellers must accurately describe Product condition.

Common condition descriptions may include:

1. new;
2. used;
3. refurbished;
4. open box;
5. damaged;
6. defective;
7. for parts;
8. expired where legally permitted and clearly disclosed;
9. or other condition categories permitted by MRNMarket.

Condition descriptions must be truthful and supported by Product condition, photos, and details.

Sellers must clearly disclose defects, wear, missing parts, damage, expiration, prior use, limitations, and other material condition issues.

8. Product Images and Media

Images, videos, and other media must accurately represent the Product or Service.

Sellers must not use images or media that are:

1. misleading;
2. unrelated to the Product;
3. copied without authorization;
4. infringing;
5. manipulated to hide defects;
6. showing items not included;
7. showing unauthorized brand assets;
8. containing prohibited content;
9. or inconsistent with the actual Product condition.

MRNMarket may require original photos, packaging photos, compliance images, safety labels, or other media where appropriate.

9. Pricing and Fees

Sellers must provide accurate pricing and must not use deceptive pricing practices.

Prohibited pricing conduct may include:

1. false discounts;
2. fake reference prices;
3. hidden mandatory fees;
4. bait-and-switch pricing;
5. misleading shipping costs;
6. price manipulation;
7. fee avoidance;
8. unauthorized surcharges;
9. tax misrepresentation;
10. or pricing that violates consumer protection, advertising, competition, or other laws.

Prices and fees must comply with MRNMarket policies, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law.

10. Inventory and Availability

Sellers must list Products or Services only if they are available or can be fulfilled according to the stated Listing terms.

Sellers must promptly update or remove Listings if:

1. inventory is unavailable;
2. fulfillment is delayed;
3. Product details change;
4. price changes;
5. shipping terms change;
6. restrictions apply;
7. or the Seller can no longer fulfill Orders.

Accepting Orders for unavailable Products may result in cancellation, refund review, Seller performance review, payout delay, Listing restriction, or Account action.

11. Shipping and Handling Information

Listings must accurately state applicable shipping and handling information, including:

1. handling time;
2. shipping method where available;
3. shipping cost where applicable;
4. delivery estimates;
5. delivery restrictions;
6. pickup requirements where applicable;
7. customs responsibilities where applicable;
8. return shipping terms where applicable;
9. and other material shipping information.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated and required by applicable law.

12. Return and Warranty Information

Sellers must accurately state return, refund, exchange, cancellation, and warranty terms where applicable.

Return and warranty statements must not mislead Buyers or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where Seller terms conflict with MRNMarket policies or applicable law, the controlling policy or applicable law will apply.

13. Authenticity and Brand Claims

Sellers must not claim that a Product is genuine, authentic, branded, licensed, certified, authorized, compatible, official, or affiliated with a brand unless the claim is truthful, lawful, and supported by evidence.

MRNMarket may request:

1. supplier invoices;
2. brand authorization letters;
3. authenticity documents;
4. product packaging evidence;
5. license documents;
6. compliance certifications;
7. or other supporting records.

False authenticity or brand claims may result in Listing removal, payout review, Account restriction, Account suspension, termination, IP enforcement, or reporting where permitted.

14. Compliance and Safety Claims

Sellers must not make safety, regulatory, health, environmental, performance, certification, or compliance claims unless truthful, lawful, and supported by evidence.

MRNMarket may request documents supporting claims such as:

1. safety certification;
2. testing results;
3. compliance labels;
4. license or permit;
5. product manual;
6. warnings;
7. product registration;
8. regulatory approval;
9. product safety documentation;
10. or other proof.

Unsupported or misleading compliance claims may result in Listing removal or enforcement.

15. Category and Search Manipulation

Sellers must not manipulate categories, search, ranking, visibility, or recommendation systems.

Prohibited conduct may include:

1. placing Products in incorrect categories;
2. keyword stuffing;
3. misleading titles;
4. unrelated tags;
5. duplicate Listings;
6. hidden text;
7. false attributes;
8. fake availability;
9. artificial traffic;
10. fake purchases;
11. manipulated reviews;
12. ranking manipulation;
13. referral manipulation;
14. or any attempt to exploit Platform systems.

MRNMarket may rank, de-rank, hide, label, restrict, or remove Listings where appropriate.

16. User Content and Listing License

By submitting Listing content, Sellers grant MRNMarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, copy, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and otherwise process that Listing content for purposes of operating, promoting, improving, securing, supporting, and enforcing the Platform and MRNMarket policies.

Sellers represent that they have all rights necessary to grant this license.

17. Listing Review and Moderation

MRNMarket may review, approve, reject, edit, remove, restrict, disable, rank, de-rank, hide, label, or moderate Listings at any time where permitted by policy or law.

MRNMarket may consider:

1. Listing accuracy;
2. Product category;
3. Product risk;
4. Product compliance;
5. Seller verification;
6. Seller performance;
7. Buyer complaints;
8. IP complaints;
9. safety concerns;
10. fraud indicators;
11. sanctions risk;
12. AML risk;
13. payment processor requirements;
14. legal requirements;
15. and Platform integrity.

MRNMarket is not required to review every Listing and does not guarantee that reviewed Listings are accurate, lawful, safe, or compliant.

18. Listing Removal and Enforcement

MRNMarket may remove, restrict, or reject Listings where:

1. the Listing violates MRNMarket policies;
2. the Product is prohibited or restricted;
3. the Listing is inaccurate or misleading;
4. required documentation is missing;
5. Seller verification is incomplete;
6. Seller performance is poor;
7. IP complaints arise;
8. safety concerns arise;
9. fraud or compliance risk exists;
10. Payment Processor rules require action;
11. legal requirements apply;
12. or Platform integrity requires action.

Listing-related Enforcement Actions may include:

1. Listing removal;
2. Listing restriction;
3. category restriction;
4. visibility reduction;
5. search de-ranking;
6. Order cancellation;
7. refund instruction;
8. payout review;
9. Account restriction;
10. Account suspension;
11. Account termination;
12. reporting where permitted or required;
13. or other actions allowed by policy and law.

19. No Guarantee

MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. Listing approval;
2. Listing visibility;
3. search ranking;
4. impressions;
5. clicks;
6. sales;
7. conversions;
8. revenue;
9. payout eligibility;
10. Buyer interest;
11. category availability;
12. advertising performance;
13. or continued access to listing tools.

MRNMarket also does not guarantee that all inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, counterfeit, misleading, or prohibited Listings will be detected, prevented, removed, or blocked.

20. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

1. Terms & Conditions;
2. Seller Agreement;
3. Seller Verification Policy;
4. Prohibited Products Policy;
5. Intellectual Property Policy;
6. DMCA / IP Takedown Policy;
7. Acceptable Use Policy;
8. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
9. Refund & Return Policy;
10. Payment & Payout Policy;
11. Seller Performance Standards;
12. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
13. Definitions Policy; and
14. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

21. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Listing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, product categories, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, Seller programs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the Seller acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
