1. Purpose of This Policy

This Delivery Confirmation Policy explains how delivery may be confirmed for Orders placed through MRNMarket and how delivery confirmation may affect payment review, payout review, refund review, return review, Buyer Protection, disputes, Seller performance, and platform-level decisions.

This Policy is intended to support reliable marketplace operations, reduce fraud, protect Buyers and Sellers, and create a structured process for confirming whether an Order was delivered.

This Policy does not guarantee delivery success, refund approval, payout approval, Seller performance, carrier performance, or dispute outcome.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

  1. the Seller;
  2. the carrier;
  3. the delivery company;
  4. the courier;
  5. the freight provider;
  6. the warehouse operator;
  7. the importer of record;
  8. the exporter of record;
  9. the customs broker;
  10. the Merchant of Record;
  11. a bank;
  12. a money transmitter;
  13. a licensed escrow provider;
  14. a payment processor;
  15. a financial institution; or
  16. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Shipping and delivery may be handled by Sellers, Delivery Partners, carriers, couriers, freight providers, postal services, warehouse providers, or other third-party logistics providers.

MRNMarket may provide platform-level delivery review, tracking support, dispute support, payment review support, payout review support, and administrative tools. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for delivery performance, carrier performance, customs clearance, Product condition, Seller fulfillment, Buyer conduct, Payment Processor outcomes, or third-party logistics actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

3. What Delivery Confirmation Means

Delivery Confirmation means evidence or platform-level confirmation that an Order has been delivered, received, made available for pickup, or otherwise completed according to applicable shipping, delivery, Seller, carrier, or MRNMarket policies.

Delivery Confirmation may be based on one or more sources, including:

  1. carrier tracking information;
  2. delivery partner records;
  3. courier records;
  4. postal service records;
  5. freight records;
  6. proof of delivery;
  7. signature confirmation;
  8. delivery photographs;
  9. delivery scan data;
  10. GPS or location information where available;
  11. Buyer confirmation;
  12. Seller evidence;
  13. customs or import records;
  14. pickup records;
  15. platform records;
  16. communication records; or
  17. other reliable evidence.

Delivery Confirmation is a platform-level administrative determination and is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

4. Buyer Delivery Confirmation

Buyers may be asked to confirm receipt of an Order after delivery.

Buyer confirmation may be submitted through:

  1. the Buyer dashboard;
  2. order page;
  3. support channel;
  4. delivery confirmation button;
  5. message or email where enabled;
  6. or another method made available by MRNMarket.

A Buyer must not falsely confirm delivery, falsely deny delivery, or misuse delivery confirmation processes.

Buyer confirmation may affect:

  1. payment review;
  2. payout review;
  3. refund review;
  4. return review;
  5. Buyer Protection;
  6. dispute review;
  7. Seller performance;
  8. and Platform-Level Decisions.

5. Automatic Delivery Confirmation

Where permitted by MRNMarket policies, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law, delivery may be automatically treated as confirmed if:

  1. carrier tracking shows delivered;
  2. delivery partner records show delivered;
  3. proof of delivery is available;
  4. the Buyer confirms delivery;
  5. the Buyer does not open a dispute within the applicable review period;
  6. the delivery review period expires;
  7. pickup is completed or available under applicable delivery terms;
  8. or other reliable evidence supports delivery.

Automatic Delivery Confirmation may support payment release, payout review, dispute closure, Seller performance review, or other Platform-Level Decisions.

Automatic Delivery Confirmation does not prevent MRNMarket from reviewing new evidence, fraud indicators, payment processor notices, legal requirements, or policy concerns.

6. Delivery Review Period

MRNMarket may provide a delivery review period after tracking or other evidence shows delivery.

During the delivery review period, the Buyer may be able to:

  1. confirm delivery;
  2. report non-delivery;
  3. report damage;
  4. report missing items;
  5. report wrong item;
  6. request return or refund review;
  7. open a dispute; or
  8. request Buyer Protection review.

If the Buyer does not report an issue within the applicable review period, the Order may be treated as delivered and eligible for payment release or payout review under applicable MRNMarket policies and Payment Processor rules.

Review periods may vary based on product category, Seller program, delivery method, country, risk level, pilot stage, Payment Processor rules, or applicable law.

7. Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery may include:

  1. tracking status showing delivered;
  2. signature confirmation;
  3. delivery photograph;
  4. delivery scan;
  5. carrier statement;
  6. GPS or location data where available;
  7. courier confirmation;
  8. postal service confirmation;
  9. freight record;
  10. pickup confirmation;
  11. delivery partner record;
  12. Buyer confirmation;
  13. customs or import record;
  14. or other evidence MRNMarket considers reliable.

MRNMarket may weigh proof of delivery against other available evidence, including Buyer evidence, Seller evidence, address information, delivery instructions, known carrier issues, fraud indicators, and policy requirements.

8. Non-Delivery Claims

If a Buyer claims that an item was not delivered, the Buyer must report the issue within the applicable review period and provide supporting evidence where requested.

MRNMarket may review:

  1. tracking records;
  2. proof of delivery;
  3. delivery address;
  4. Buyer-provided address information;
  5. Buyer communications;
  6. Seller communications;
  7. carrier communications;
  8. delivery partner records;
  9. customs or import information;
  10. pickup records;
  11. fraud indicators;
  12. account history;
  13. platform records; and
  14. other relevant evidence.

A non-delivery claim may be denied if reliable evidence shows delivery to the address provided by the Buyer or pickup completion under applicable delivery terms.

A non-delivery claim may also be denied if:

  1. the Buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete address;
  2. the Buyer refused delivery;
  3. the Buyer failed to pick up the package;
  4. the Buyer failed to cooperate with carrier requirements;
  5. delivery failed due to customs, import, or legal restrictions;
  6. the claim is late;
  7. the claim is unsupported;
  8. the claim is false or misleading;
  9. or the claim is otherwise excluded by MRNMarket policies.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items After Delivery

Delivery Confirmation does not automatically prevent a Buyer from reporting damage, missing items, or wrong items within the applicable review period.

A Buyer reporting damage, missing items, or wrong item may be required to provide:

  1. photos or videos of the Product;
  2. photos of packaging;
  3. photos of shipping labels;
  4. description of the issue;
  5. delivery date;
  6. Order number;
  7. tracking information;
  8. communications with Seller or carrier;
  9. and other evidence reasonably requested by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may review the issue under the Buyer Protection Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy, and other applicable policies.

10. Payment Review and Release

Delivery Confirmation may affect payment review, payout review, payment hold review, refund review, or release procedures.

Where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules, payments, refunds, payouts, settlements, or related amounts may be subject to temporary review, hold, delay, reserve, restriction, or release procedures through approved third-party Payment Processors.

Such procedures may be used for reasons including:

  1. delivery confirmation;
  2. fraud prevention;
  3. chargeback risk;
  4. dispute review;
  5. compliance review;
  6. sanctions screening;
  7. Seller performance;
  8. Buyer conduct;
  9. account verification;
  10. legal requirements;
  11. Payment Processor requirements; or
  12. platform risk management.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.

11. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  1. shipping Orders within the stated handling time;
  2. using accurate shipping methods;
  3. providing valid tracking where required;
  4. packaging Products appropriately;
  5. using shipping labels and delivery information correctly;
  6. providing proof of shipment where requested;
  7. cooperating with delivery review;
  8. responding to non-delivery claims;
  9. supporting carrier investigations where appropriate;
  10. complying with delivery, refund, return, and Seller policies;
  11. and complying with applicable law.

Failure to provide reliable shipment or delivery evidence may affect dispute review, payout review, Seller performance, or Enforcement Actions.

12. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  1. providing accurate and complete delivery information;
  2. ensuring the delivery address can receive the shipment;
  3. monitoring tracking information where available;
  4. accepting delivery where required;
  5. picking up packages where required;
  6. checking delivered items promptly;
  7. reporting delivery issues within the applicable review period;
  8. providing accurate evidence;
  9. preserving packaging and Products where damage is claimed;
  10. cooperating with carrier or MRNMarket review;
  11. and avoiding false or abusive delivery claims.

Buyer failure to provide accurate delivery information or cooperate with review may affect Buyer Protection, refund review, dispute review, or delivery confirmation.

13. Carrier and Delivery Partner Issues

Shipping and delivery may be performed by third-party carriers, couriers, freight providers, postal services, Delivery Partners, or logistics providers.

MRNMarket does not control all third-party delivery decisions, delays, scans, tracking updates, routing, customs inspections, pickup requirements, loss determinations, or delivery outcomes.

Carrier or Delivery Partner issues may be reviewed under applicable MRNMarket policies, Seller policies, carrier policies, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law.

14. Customs, Import, Export, and Delivery Restrictions

International or restricted deliveries may be affected by customs inspections, import duties, taxes, documentation requirements, product restrictions, export controls, sanctions rules, carrier restrictions, or local laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buyers, Sellers, importers, exporters, carriers, or other responsible parties are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits, licenses, import/export documents, and compliance with applicable laws.

MRNMarket is not a customs broker, importer of record, exporter of record, tax adviser, or legal adviser unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery failure caused by customs, import/export restrictions, legal restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect documentation, or Buyer/Seller noncompliance may affect refund review, payout review, Buyer Protection, or dispute outcomes.

15. False or Abusive Delivery Claims

Users must not misuse delivery confirmation or delivery dispute processes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  1. falsely confirming delivery;
  2. falsely denying delivery;
  3. filing false non-delivery claims;
  4. providing altered tracking records;
  5. providing false delivery evidence;
  6. claiming damage unrelated to delivery;
  7. concealing receipt of delivered items;
  8. refusing delivery to manipulate refund outcomes;
  9. failing to pick up packages to manipulate refund outcomes;
  10. filing duplicate claims;
  11. filing late claims;
  12. harassing Sellers, carriers, Delivery Partners, or MRNMarket staff;
  13. or otherwise abusing delivery review processes.

False or abusive conduct may result in claim denial, refund denial, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, payment review, chargeback response, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Actions.

16. Platform-Level Decisions

MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions regarding delivery confirmation, non-delivery claims, damage claims, refund review, return review, payout review, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, account restrictions, or policy enforcement.

MRNMarket may consider:

  1. tracking information;
  2. proof of delivery;
  3. Buyer evidence;
  4. Seller evidence;
  5. carrier evidence;
  6. platform records;
  7. communication records;
  8. account history;
  9. fraud indicators;
  10. legal requirements;
  11. Payment Processor rules;
  12. and applicable policies.

A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

MRNMarket may revise, reverse, or supplement a delivery-related decision if new evidence, fraud indicators, payment processor information, carrier information, legal requirements, or policy considerations arise.

17. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide delivery confirmation review and support, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. delivery success;
  2. delivery timing;
  3. carrier performance;
  4. Seller performance;
  5. Buyer conduct;
  6. proof-of-delivery accuracy;
  7. refund approval;
  8. payout approval;
  9. dispute outcome;
  10. chargeback outcome;
  11. payment processor decision;
  12. or detection of every false or abusive claim.

18. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  1. Terms & Conditions;
  2. Buyer Agreement;
  3. Seller Agreement;
  4. Buyer Protection Policy;
  5. Refund & Return Policy;
  6. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
  7. Payment & Payout Policy;
  8. Payment Review and Release Policy;
  9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy;
  10. Acceptable Use Policy;
  11. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  12. Definitions Policy; and
  13. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

19. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Delivery Confirmation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, delivery processes, applicable law, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
