1. Purpose of These Buyer Terms

These Buyer Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when a Buyer accesses, browses, orders, purchases, receives, returns, refunds, disputes, or otherwise uses MRNMarket to acquire Products or Services.

These Buyer Terms are intended to support:

1. clear Buyer responsibilities;
2. fair marketplace transactions;
3. accurate order handling;
4. delivery review;
5. refund and return review;
6. Buyer Protection review;
7. fraud prevention;
8. payment review;
9. dispute support; and
10. lawful marketplace activity.

By using MRNMarket as a Buyer, creating a Buyer Account, placing an Order, or participating in a Transaction, you agree to these Buyer Terms and all applicable MRNMarket policies.

2. Relationship With Other Policies

These Buyer Terms should be read together with:

1. Terms & Conditions;
2. Buyer Agreement;
3. Definitions Policy;
4. Privacy Policy;
5. Payment & Payout Policy;
6. Payment Review and Release Policy;
7. Buyer Protection Policy;
8. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
9. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
10. Refund & Return Policy;
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy;
12. Acceptable Use Policy;
13. Prohibited Products Policy;
14. Communication Policy;
15. Platform Rules & Governance Policy; and
16. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If these Buyer Terms conflict with the Terms & Conditions, Buyer Agreement, or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

3. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

1. the Seller;
2. the manufacturer;
3. the supplier;
4. the warehouse operator;
5. the carrier;
6. the delivery company;
7. the importer of record;
8. the exporter of record;
9. the customs broker;
10. the Merchant of Record;
11. a bank;
12. a money transmitter;
13. a licensed escrow provider;
14. a payment processor;
15. a financial institution;
16. a legal adviser;
17. a tax adviser; or
18. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

For most third-party Listings, Buyers purchase directly from independent Sellers or Service Providers.

MRNMarket may provide marketplace infrastructure, payment integrations, communication tools, support tools, delivery review tools, dispute tools, verification tools, compliance tools, and platform-level administrative assistance. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller Products, Seller conduct, Product quality, delivery performance, customs clearance, Seller warranties, Payment Processor outcomes, carrier performance, or other third-party actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

4. Buyer Eligibility

To use the Platform as a Buyer, you must:

1. meet the eligibility requirements in the MRNMarket Terms & Conditions;
2. have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
3. provide accurate and current Account, billing, shipping, delivery, contact, and payment information;
4. comply with MRNMarket policies;
5. comply with applicable law;
6. not be prohibited from using the Platform by sanctions, export control, anti-terrorism, AML, fraud prevention, payment processor, or other legal requirements; and
7. have authority to act for any business or legal entity on whose behalf you purchase.

MRNMarket may approve, reject, limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate Buyer access where permitted by policy and applicable law.

5. Buyer Account Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

1. keeping Account information accurate and current;
2. protecting login credentials;
3. all activity under their Account;
4. promptly reporting unauthorized access;
5. using the Account only for lawful purposes;
6. cooperating with verification, payment, delivery, refund, dispute, and compliance review;
7. avoiding duplicate, false, misleading, or unauthorized Accounts; and
8. complying with all applicable policies and laws.

MRNMarket may restrict, suspend, or terminate Accounts that present legal, fraud, payment, security, compliance, or platform risk.

6. Reviewing Listings Before Purchase

Before placing an Order, Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Listing and related terms.

Buyers should review:

1. Product or Service description;
2. images and specifications;
3. Seller information;
4. price;
5. quantity;
6. condition;
7. compatibility;
8. handling time;
9. shipping and delivery terms;
10. return and refund terms;
11. warranty information where applicable;
12. restrictions;
13. customs or import requirements;
14. taxes, duties, and fees;
15. and applicable MRNMarket policies.

Buyers should not rely only on titles, images, summaries, advertising, or assumptions.

MRNMarket does not guarantee that every Listing, Product description, image, Seller statement, warranty statement, or Product claim is accurate, complete, lawful, reviewed, or verified.

7. Orders

By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to:

1. purchase the selected Product or Service under the listed terms;
2. provide accurate billing, shipping, delivery, contact, and payment information;
3. authorize payment processing;
4. comply with applicable policies;
5. cooperate with delivery, refund, return, dispute, and verification procedures; and
6. comply with applicable law.

Orders may be subject to:

1. Seller acceptance;
2. Product or Service availability;
3. payment authorization;
4. verification review;
5. fraud review;
6. sanctions screening;
7. compliance review;
8. delivery availability;
9. Product restrictions;
10. Payment Processor rules;
11. MRNMarket policies; and
12. applicable law.

An Order confirmation does not guarantee that the Order will be accepted, fulfilled, shipped, delivered, refunded, or completed.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations may be available before shipment, before Seller acceptance, or where permitted by MRNMarket policies, Seller policy, or applicable law.

Cancellation may be denied, delayed, or conditioned where:

1. the Order has already shipped;
2. the Product is customized or made-to-order;
3. the Service has started or been completed;
4. Seller policy lawfully restricts cancellation;
5. Payment Processor rules apply;
6. fraud or abuse is suspected;
7. or applicable law permits denial or limitation.

If an Order is canceled, refund timing may depend on Payment Processor, bank, card network, digital wallet, or financial institution processing.

9. Pricing, Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the total cost before placing an Order.

Amounts may include:

1. Product or Service price;
2. shipping charges;
3. taxes;
4. duties;
5. customs charges;
6. import fees;
7. service fees;
8. currency conversion charges;
9. Payment Processor fees where applicable;
10. and other disclosed charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import/export costs, delivery charges, and other fees required by law, carrier rules, Payment Processor rules, or applicable policies.

Prices and availability may change before an Order is accepted.

MRNMarket does not provide tax, customs, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party Payment Processors, banks, card networks, digital wallets, financial institutions, or other payment service providers.

By submitting payment information, the Buyer authorizes the applicable Payment Processor or payment service provider to process the payment and related charges.

MRNMarket does not custody customer funds, operate user bank accounts, provide money transmission services, provide banking services, act as a licensed escrow provider, or act as a payment processor unless expressly stated in writing.

Payment authorization, capture, reversal, refund, chargeback, fraud review, and payment method availability may depend on Payment Processor rules, bank decisions, card network rules, digital wallet rules, financial institution decisions, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

11. Payment Review and Release

Where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules, payments, refunds, payouts, settlements, or related amounts may be subject to temporary review, hold, delay, reserve, restriction, offset, reversal, or release procedures.

Such procedures may be used for reasons including:

1. delivery confirmation;
2. fraud prevention;
3. chargeback risk;
4. dispute review;
5. refund review;
6. return review;
7. compliance review;
8. sanctions screening;
9. Seller performance;
10. Buyer conduct;
11. Account verification;
12. legal requirements;
13. Payment Processor requirements; or
14. platform risk management.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery may be handled by Sellers, Delivery Partners, carriers, couriers, freight providers, postal services, warehouse providers, or other logistics providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MRNMarket is not the carrier, delivery company, courier, freight provider, warehouse operator, customs broker, importer of record, exporter of record, or logistics provider.

Buyers are responsible for:

1. providing accurate delivery information;
2. ensuring the address can receive shipment;
3. monitoring tracking where available;
4. accepting delivery where required;
5. picking up packages where required;
6. paying applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees unless stated otherwise;
7. checking delivered items promptly;
8. reporting delivery issues within the applicable review period; and
9. cooperating with delivery review.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated and required by applicable law.

13. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be confirmed using evidence such as:

1. carrier tracking;
2. delivery partner records;
3. proof of delivery;
4. signature confirmation;
5. delivery photographs;
6. delivery scan data;
7. Buyer confirmation;
8. Seller evidence;
9. customs or import records;
10. pickup records;
11. Platform records;
12. communication records; or
13. other reliable evidence.

Delivery confirmation may affect payment review, payout review, refund review, return review, Buyer Protection, dispute review, Seller performance, and Platform-Level Decisions.

A Delivery Confirmation decision is a platform-level administrative determination and is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

14. Buyer Protection

MRNMarket may provide platform-level Buyer Protection review for eligible Orders.

Buyer Protection may apply where:

1. the Seller does not ship within the stated handling time;
2. the Product is not delivered;
3. the Product is materially different from the Listing;
4. the wrong item is delivered;
5. the Product arrives damaged;
6. the Product is incomplete;
7. the Seller fails to comply with an applicable return or refund obligation;
8. delivery confirmation is disputed;
9. fraud or abuse is suspected; or
10. another issue qualifies under MRNMarket policies.

Buyer Protection is not insurance, escrow, a warranty, chargeback protection, financial protection, or a guaranteed refund program.

15. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, adjustments, and cancellations are subject to:

1. Refund & Return Policy;
2. Buyer Protection Policy;
3. Seller policy;
4. Product or Service type;
5. delivery status;
6. return condition;
7. return timing;
8. evidence review;
9. Payment Processor rules;
10. card network rules;
11. bank procedures;
12. dispute review;
13. fraud review;
14. compliance review; and
15. applicable law.

Not all Products or Services are eligible for return or refund.

MRNMarket may provide platform-level refund or return review but does not guarantee refund approval, return approval, replacement approval, exchange approval, or chargeback outcome.

16. Evidence Requirements

To support refund, return, delivery, dispute, or Buyer Protection review, Buyers may be required to provide:

1. Order number;
2. written explanation of the issue;
3. photos or videos;
4. packaging photos where damage is claimed;
5. shipping label photos where relevant;
6. delivery tracking;
7. carrier communications;
8. return tracking;
9. screenshots of relevant communications;
10. proof of payment where applicable;
11. customs or delivery records where relevant; and
12. other evidence reasonably requested by MRNMarket.

Evidence must be accurate, complete, truthful, and not misleading.

Claims may be denied or closed where evidence is missing, late, incomplete, inconsistent, altered, false, or unreliable.

17. Return Condition

If return is required, Buyers must follow return instructions provided by MRNMarket, the Seller, or applicable policy.

Unless another policy or applicable law provides otherwise, returned Products should be:

1. in original or required condition;
2. complete with accessories, parts, manuals, labels, and documents where applicable;
3. not altered, substituted, or tampered with;
4. not used beyond reasonable inspection;
5. safely packaged for return shipping;
6. returned using required tracking where applicable; and
7. shipped within the required return period.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, altered, substituted, used beyond reasonable inspection, or not returned as instructed may result in reduced refund, refund denial, dispute denial, or other Enforcement Action where permitted by law and policy.

18. Chargebacks

Buyers may have rights to dispute payments through banks, card networks, digital wallets, or Payment Processors.

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback, MRNMarket may suspend platform-level refund or dispute review for the same Transaction while the chargeback is pending.

Chargebacks may be governed by Payment Processor rules, card network rules, bank procedures, evidence review, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

Abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in Account restrictions, loss of access, dispute denial, recovery of applicable chargeback-related costs where permitted, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

19. Buyer Communications

Buyers must communicate honestly, respectfully, and only for permitted Platform-related purposes.

Buyers must not:

1. harass or threaten Sellers, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, MRNMarket staff, or other Users;
2. provide false information;
3. pressure Sellers to violate policies;
4. request prohibited off-platform transactions;
5. manipulate reviews;
6. abuse disputes, refunds, returns, or chargebacks;
7. send spam, phishing, scams, malware, or harmful links;
8. misuse Personal Data;
9. or violate the Communication Policy.

Order-related communications should occur through approved MRNMarket communication channels where required.

20. Reviews and Ratings

Buyers may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback where permitted by the Platform.

Reviews and ratings must be honest, relevant, lawful, and based on genuine experience.

Buyers must not submit:

1. fake reviews;
2. misleading reviews;
3. abusive reviews;
4. defamatory reviews;
5. discriminatory reviews;
6. retaliatory reviews;
7. paid or incentivized reviews without disclosure;
8. irrelevant reviews;
9. reviews based on off-platform issues not connected to the Order;
10. or manipulated feedback.

MRNMarket may remove, restrict, label, or moderate reviews where permitted by policy or law.

21. Prohibited Buyer Conduct

Buyers must not:

1. submit false Orders;
2. use stolen payment methods;
3. provide false information;
4. make false refund, return, non-delivery, or chargeback claims;
5. abuse Buyer Protection, disputes, refunds, returns, or payment systems;
6. harass or threaten Sellers or other Users;
7. request prohibited off-platform payments;
8. manipulate reviews or ratings;
9. misuse coupons, promotions, referrals, or affiliate systems;
10. purchase prohibited or restricted Products unlawfully;
11. evade sanctions, verification, tax, customs, or compliance controls;
12. use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
13. misuse Personal Data;
14. or violate MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

MRNMarket may restrict, suspend, or terminate Buyer access for prohibited conduct.

22. Prohibited and Restricted Products

Buyers must not purchase, attempt to purchase, request, import, export, receive, possess, use, or support Products or Services that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, sanctioned, prohibited, restricted without authorization, or otherwise unlawful.

Restricted Products may require age verification, licensing, documentation, category approval, shipping compliance, customs clearance, or other legal requirements.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that Products may be lawfully purchased, imported, exported, delivered, possessed, or used in their location.

23. Customs, Import, Export, and Compliance

Buyers may be responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, documentation, licenses, permits, Product restrictions, age restrictions, and compliance with local laws.

MRNMarket is not a customs broker, importer of record, exporter of record, tax adviser, legal adviser, or product compliance adviser unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery failure caused by customs, import/export restrictions, legal restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect documentation, or Buyer noncompliance may affect refund review, payout review, Buyer Protection, or dispute outcomes.

24. Privacy and Data

MRNMarket may collect, use, share, and process Buyer Personal Data as described in the MRNMarket Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy, and other applicable privacy notices.

Buyer information may be shared with Sellers, Payment Processors, Delivery Partners, carriers, service providers, verification providers, regulators, law enforcement, and other parties where necessary or permitted for Orders, delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, disputes, support, legal obligations, or Platform operation.

Buyers must not misuse Personal Data received from Sellers, MRNMarket, or other Users.

25. Platform-Level Decisions

MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions regarding:

1. Order review;
2. delivery confirmation;
3. Buyer Protection eligibility;
4. refund review;
5. return review;
6. dispute outcome;
7. chargeback support;
8. Account restrictions;
9. policy enforcement; or
10. other Platform matters.

MRNMarket may consider Buyer evidence, Seller evidence, carrier evidence, Payment Processor information, Platform records, Listing terms, communications, account history, fraud indicators, legal requirements, and applicable policies.

A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

MRNMarket may revise, reverse, or supplement a decision if new evidence, fraud indicators, Payment Processor information, legal requirements, or policy considerations arise.

26. Account Restrictions and Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions if a Buyer violates these Buyer Terms, the Buyer Agreement, MRNMarket policies, Payment Processor rules, or applicable law.

Enforcement Actions may include:

1. warnings;
2. information requests;
3. Order cancellation;
4. refund denial or limitation where permitted;
5. dispute denial;
6. communication restriction;
7. payment review;
8. Account restriction;
9. Account suspension;
10. Account termination;
11. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, Sellers, Delivery Partners, or affected parties where permitted or required;
12. record preservation; or
13. other actions permitted by MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider risk, severity, history, evidence, intent, legal obligations, operational needs, and platform integrity.

27. No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. uninterrupted Platform availability;
2. error-free operation;
3. Seller performance;
4. Product quality;
5. Product authenticity;
6. delivery success;
7. payment success;
8. refund outcomes;
9. return outcomes;
10. chargeback outcomes;
11. dispute outcomes;
12. Buyer Protection outcomes;
13. Listing accuracy;
14. third-party performance; or
15. detection of every fraud, abuse, violation, or prohibited activity.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MRNMarket is not responsible for Seller Products, Seller conduct, Product defects, delivery performance, third-party actions, personal injury, property damage, user-to-user transaction outcomes, Payment Processor decisions, carrier decisions, customs issues, or Seller fulfillment performance, except where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Approved refunds generally will not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the affected Product or Service unless otherwise required by applicable law or a controlling policy.

Nothing in these Buyer Terms limits Consumer Rights that cannot legally be waived.

29. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Disputes may be subject to the MRNMarket Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy.

Where permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes may be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Missoula, Montana, United States, and may be subject to a class action waiver and jury trial waiver.

Nothing in these Buyer Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

30. Governing Law

These Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules and without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.

31. Changes to These Buyer Terms

MRNMarket may update these Buyer Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, buyer programs, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the Buyer acknowledges the updated Buyer Terms.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
