1. Purpose of This Policy

This Prohibited Products Policy explains which Products, Services, Listings, content, or activities are prohibited or restricted on MRNMarket.

This Policy is intended to support:

1. user safety;
2. legal compliance;
3. product safety;
4. marketplace integrity;
5. fraud prevention;
6. sanctions compliance;
7. intellectual property protection;
8. payment processor compliance;
9. responsible commerce; and
10. lawful platform operations.

This Policy applies to Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, and any User who lists, sells, buys, promotes, delivers, supports, or otherwise participates in Product or Service activity through the Platform.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

1. the Seller;
2. the Buyer;
3. the manufacturer;
4. the supplier;
5. the carrier;
6. the delivery company;
7. the importer of record;
8. the exporter of record;
9. the customs broker;
10. the Merchant of Record;
11. a bank;
12. a money transmitter;
13. a licensed escrow provider;
14. a payment processor;
15. a financial institution;
16. a legal adviser;
17. a tax adviser; or
18. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their Products, Services, Listings, descriptions, claims, labels, documentation, fulfillment, shipping, and sales comply with this Policy, MRNMarket policies, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

MRNMarket may review, restrict, remove, reject, suspend, or enforce against Products, Services, Listings, Accounts, Orders, Transactions, or Users where prohibited or restricted activity is suspected.

3. General Rule

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, facilitate, support, or otherwise participate in any Product, Service, Listing, content, or activity that is:

1. illegal;
2. unsafe;
3. counterfeit;
4. stolen;
5. fraudulent;
6. deceptive;
7. infringing;
8. sanctioned;
9. harmful;
10. recalled;
11. regulated without required authorization;
12. restricted without MRNMarket approval;
13. prohibited by payment processor rules;
14. prohibited by carrier or shipping rules;
15. prohibited by applicable law; or
16. prohibited by MRNMarket policies.

If a Product, Service, Listing, or activity is not clearly allowed, MRNMarket may require review, documentation, category approval, or written authorization before it may be listed or sold.

4. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for:

1. knowing whether a Product or Service is legal to sell;
2. confirming whether a Product or Service is restricted or prohibited;
3. obtaining required licenses, permits, certifications, approvals, or registrations;
4. complying with product safety laws;
5. complying with labeling and warning requirements;
6. complying with customs, import, export, and sanctions laws;
7. complying with age-restriction requirements where applicable;
8. complying with intellectual property laws;
9. complying with payment processor and carrier rules;
10. providing documentation where requested;
11. removing non-compliant Listings promptly;
12. and cooperating with MRNMarket review.

MRNMarket approval of a Listing does not guarantee that the Product or Service is lawful, safe, compliant, or permitted in every location.

5. Prohibited Illegal Products and Services

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support illegal Products, Services, or activities.

Prohibited illegal Products and Services include, without limitation:

1. Products or Services prohibited by applicable law;
2. Products used primarily for illegal activity;
3. illegal services;
4. criminal services;
5. fake documents;
6. forged documents;
7. stolen goods;
8. stolen data;
9. stolen financial information;
10. stolen identity information;
11. illegal surveillance tools;
12. illegal hacking tools;
13. illegal bypass devices;
14. illegal gambling services;
15. trafficking-related goods or services;
16. bribery, corruption, or evasion services;
17. money laundering services;
18. tax evasion services;
19. and any Product or Service that violates criminal, civil, regulatory, customs, sanctions, consumer protection, or product safety laws.

6. Counterfeit, Infringing, and Unauthorized Goods

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, or distribute counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized Products.

Prohibited items include:

1. counterfeit branded goods;
2. fake luxury goods;
3. fake designer goods;
4. unauthorized replicas;
5. bootleg media;
6. pirated software;
7. unauthorized digital copies;
8. products using trademarks without authorization;
9. products using copyrighted images, text, designs, music, videos, or software without authorization;
10. products infringing patents, designs, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights;
11. unauthorized brand packaging;
12. unauthorized certificates of authenticity;
13. and products falsely described as genuine, licensed, official, certified, authorized, or affiliated.

MRNMarket may request invoices, supplier records, brand authorization letters, authenticity documents, licensing records, or other proof.

7. Weapons, Firearms, and Dangerous Items

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support weapons, dangerous items, or related regulated products unless expressly approved by MRNMarket and legally permitted.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. firearms;
2. firearm parts;
3. ammunition;
4. explosives;
5. bombs;
6. grenades;
7. firearm conversion devices;
8. silencers or suppressors;
9. ghost gun parts;
10. 3D-printed weapon files;
11. knives or blades prohibited by law;
12. stun guns or tasers where restricted;
13. pepper spray or defensive sprays where restricted;
14. weapon accessories restricted by law;
15. weapon-making instructions intended for unlawful use;
16. and other dangerous weapons or regulated weapon-related products.

MRNMarket may prohibit these categories entirely even if they are lawful in some locations.

8. Drugs, Controlled Substances, and Drug-Related Items

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorized drug-related items.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. illegal narcotics;
2. controlled substances;
3. unauthorized prescription drugs;
4. recreational drugs prohibited by law;
5. drug manufacturing materials;
6. drug paraphernalia where prohibited;
7. products used to conceal or evade drug testing;
8. counterfeit medicines;
9. unapproved pharmaceuticals;
10. unsafe supplements;
11. mislabeled health products;
12. and products making unlawful medical or drug claims.

Products involving CBD, hemp, cannabis, supplements, medical claims, or regulated substances may be prohibited or require prior MRNMarket approval and full legal compliance.

9. Medical, Health, and Pharmaceutical Products

Users must not list or sell medical, health, pharmaceutical, supplement, or therapeutic Products unless permitted by MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. prescription medicines without authorization;
2. controlled medicines;
3. counterfeit medicines;
4. unapproved drugs;
5. recalled medical products;
6. unauthorized medical devices;
7. unsafe health products;
8. products making unlawful disease-treatment claims;
9. products claiming to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent disease without legal authorization;
10. injectable products where restricted;
11. regulated medical devices without approval;
12. expired medicines or medical supplies;
13. and other health-related products prohibited by law or MRNMarket policy.

MRNMarket may require licenses, registrations, product approvals, testing records, labeling documentation, safety documentation, or other evidence.

10. Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine, and Age-Restricted Products

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support age-restricted Products unless expressly permitted by MRNMarket and compliant with all applicable laws.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. alcoholic beverages;
2. tobacco products;
3. cigarettes;
4. cigars;
5. e-cigarettes;
6. vaping products;
7. nicotine products;
8. hookah products;
9. age-restricted accessories;
10. products requiring age verification;
11. and products subject to location-specific restrictions.

MRNMarket may prohibit these categories entirely or require age verification, licensing, shipping controls, and category approval.

11. Hazardous Materials and Regulated Chemicals

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support hazardous materials or regulated chemicals without required authorization and MRNMarket approval.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. toxic chemicals;
2. explosives precursors;
3. radioactive materials;
4. flammable materials;
5. corrosive substances;
6. poisonous substances;
7. hazardous waste;
8. industrial chemicals restricted by law;
9. pesticides or herbicides without approval;
10. laboratory chemicals;
11. biological materials;
12. compressed gases;
13. batteries restricted for shipping;
14. and materials restricted by carrier, customs, safety, environmental, or regulatory rules.

Sellers are responsible for all labeling, packaging, shipping, documentation, safety, and regulatory requirements.

12. Recalled, Unsafe, or Non-Compliant Products

Users must not list or sell Products that are recalled, unsafe, defective, expired, non-compliant, or prohibited by safety authorities.

Prohibited or restricted Products may include:

1. recalled consumer goods;
2. unsafe electrical products;
3. defective batteries;
4. unsafe toys;
5. choking-hazard products without proper warnings;
6. expired products where prohibited;
7. products lacking required safety labels;
8. products failing safety standards;
9. products without required certifications;
10. products prohibited by regulators;
11. and products that create unreasonable risk of injury, harm, or property damage.

MRNMarket may remove Listings or require documentation where safety concerns arise.

13. Food, Supplements, Cosmetics, and Personal Care

Food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and personal care Products may be prohibited or restricted depending on law, category, location, safety requirements, and MRNMarket approval.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. unsafe food products;
2. expired food;
3. improperly labeled food;
4. unapproved supplements;
5. supplements making unlawful medical claims;
6. adulterated or contaminated products;
7. cosmetics with prohibited ingredients;
8. counterfeit cosmetics;
9. products lacking required ingredient disclosure;
10. products requiring regulatory approval;
11. hygiene products where resale is restricted;
12. and products that create health or safety risk.

Sellers must comply with applicable safety, labeling, packaging, storage, expiration, advertising, and regulatory requirements.

14. Animals, Wildlife, and Regulated Natural Products

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support illegal or restricted animal, wildlife, plant, or natural products.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. live animals where prohibited;
2. endangered species products;
3. ivory;
4. illegal wildlife products;
5. protected plants;
6. invasive species;
7. animal parts restricted by law;
8. products requiring wildlife permits;
9. products violating conservation laws;
10. and products prohibited by customs, import, export, or environmental laws.

15. Financial Products, Instruments, and Services

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, or support unauthorized financial products, regulated financial services, or payment-related instruments.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. stocks, securities, or investment products;
2. cryptocurrency or token offerings;
3. loans or credit products;
4. insurance products;
5. money transmission services;
6. escrow services;
7. banking services;
8. stored value products;
9. prepaid cards where restricted;
10. gift cards where restricted;
11. payment accounts;
12. bank accounts;
13. financial credentials;
14. debt collection services;
15. credit repair services;
16. and financial products or services requiring licenses or regulatory approval.

MRNMarket is not a financial institution, bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or licensed escrow provider unless expressly stated in writing.

16. Personal Data, Identity Documents, and Access Credentials

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support Personal Data, identity documents, credentials, or access tools.

Prohibited items include:

1. government IDs;
2. passports;
3. driver’s licenses;
4. social security numbers;
5. tax identification numbers;
6. identity templates;
7. forged documents;
8. stolen documents;
9. login credentials;
10. passwords;
11. account access;
12. payment card data;
13. bank account details;
14. personal contact databases;
15. scraped data;
16. biometric data;
17. medical records;
18. and any unauthorized Personal Data or confidential information.

17. Hacking, Cybersecurity Abuse, and Circumvention Tools

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support tools or services intended for unauthorized access, cyber abuse, fraud, or circumvention.

Prohibited items may include:

1. malware;
2. ransomware;
3. spyware;
4. phishing kits;
5. credential theft tools;
6. botnets;
7. DDoS tools;
8. hacking services;
9. stolen accounts;
10. account cracking tools;
11. unauthorized access tools;
12. circumvention devices;
13. scraping tools intended for abuse;
14. fraud automation tools;
15. and tools designed to bypass security, payment, identity, access, or platform controls.

Legitimate cybersecurity tools may require approval and must not be used for unlawful or unauthorized activity.

18. Adult, Sexual, Exploitative, or Harmful Content

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support unlawful, exploitative, or harmful adult or sexual content.

Prohibited items include:

1. sexual content involving minors;
2. non-consensual sexual content;
3. exploitation-related content;
4. trafficking-related content;
5. unlawful adult services;
6. sexual assault material;
7. revenge pornography;
8. content involving coercion;
9. illegal pornography;
10. and any content or service that violates sexual exploitation, trafficking, child safety, or public morality laws.

MRNMarket may restrict or prohibit adult Products or services even where lawful in some locations.

19. Hate, Violence, Terrorism, and Extremism

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support Products, Services, content, or activities that promote hate, violence, terrorism, extremism, or criminal harm.

Prohibited items may include:

1. terrorist propaganda;
2. extremist recruitment materials;
3. violent threat materials;
4. products promoting hate against protected groups;
5. materials supporting criminal organizations;
6. instructions for violent crimes;
7. products glorifying acts of terrorism or mass violence;
8. and items used primarily to facilitate harm.

Historical, educational, journalistic, or documentary materials may be reviewed case by case and may be restricted where risk exists.

20. Gambling, Lotteries, and Regulated Gaming

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support gambling, lotteries, betting, sweepstakes, or regulated gaming Products or Services unless expressly approved by MRNMarket and lawful.

Prohibited or restricted items may include:

1. gambling services;
2. betting services;
3. lottery tickets;
4. raffle entries;
5. gambling accounts;
6. casino credits;
7. gaming machines where regulated;
8. sports betting services;
9. prediction markets where regulated;
10. and other regulated gaming activity.

21. Real Estate, Vehicles, and Highly Regulated Assets

Real estate, vehicles, aircraft, boats, heavy machinery, and other high-value regulated assets may be prohibited or restricted unless expressly approved by MRNMarket.

These categories may require:

1. title documentation;
2. ownership proof;
3. registration documents;
4. inspection records;
5. licensing;
6. tax documentation;
7. insurance;
8. escrow or closing arrangements outside MRNMarket;
9. and compliance with applicable law.

MRNMarket may prohibit or restrict these categories due to legal, fraud, payment, delivery, or operational risk.

22. Services That Are Prohibited or Restricted

Users must not list, sell, buy, promote, deliver, or support services that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, regulated without authorization, harmful, exploitative, or prohibited.

Prohibited or restricted services may include:

1. illegal professional services;
2. unlicensed legal, tax, financial, medical, or regulated advice;
3. fake reviews;
4. academic cheating;
5. identity verification bypass services;
6. document forgery;
7. hacking services;
8. spam services;
9. trafficking-related services;
10. adult exploitation services;
11. money laundering services;
12. sanctions evasion services;
13. gambling services where restricted;
14. counterfeit document services;
15. and any service that violates MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

23. Sanctioned Countries, Parties, and Restricted Trade

Users must not use the Platform for Products, Services, Transactions, shipments, payments, or activities involving sanctioned persons, restricted parties, embargoed regions, prohibited countries, restricted goods, or trade prohibited by applicable sanctions, export control, anti-terrorism, or anti-boycott laws.

MRNMarket may block, cancel, restrict, hold, review, report, or terminate activity involving sanctions or restricted trade concerns.

Users are responsible for ensuring that Products may be lawfully sold, purchased, shipped, exported, imported, possessed, and used.

24. Restricted Products Requiring Approval

Some Products or Services may be allowed only with prior MRNMarket approval, required documentation, and legal compliance.

Restricted categories may include:

1. health and wellness products;
2. supplements;
3. cosmetics;
4. food products;
5. electronics requiring certification;
6. batteries;
7. children’s products;
8. safety equipment;
9. medical-related products;
10. regulated chemicals;
11. branded goods;
12. refurbished products;
13. used goods in sensitive categories;
14. age-restricted products;
15. international shipping categories;
16. high-value goods;
17. and other categories identified by MRNMarket.

Approval may be denied, revoked, limited, or conditioned at MRNMarket’s discretion where permitted by law and policy.

25. Documentation and Review

MRNMarket may request documentation to verify whether a Product, Service, Listing, Seller, shipment, or Transaction is permitted.

Documentation may include:

1. licenses;
2. permits;
3. certifications;
4. test reports;
5. safety records;
6. product labels;
7. invoices;
8. supplier records;
9. brand authorization letters;
10. authenticity documents;
11. import/export documents;
12. customs documents;
13. age-verification procedures;
14. insurance documents;
15. product manuals;
16. compliance declarations;
17. and other evidence.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Listing removal, Order cancellation, payout review, Account restriction, suspension, termination, or other Enforcement Action.

26. Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions if prohibited or restricted Product concerns arise.

Enforcement Actions may include:

1. requesting information;
2. requesting documentation;
3. rejecting Listings;
4. removing Listings;
5. restricting categories;
6. limiting search visibility;
7. canceling Orders;
8. issuing refund instructions;
9. delaying or holding payouts where permitted;
10. applying reserves;
11. restricting Accounts;
12. suspending Accounts;
13. terminating Accounts;
14. reversing commissions;
15. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, rights owners, affected Users, carriers, or other relevant parties where permitted or required;
16. preserving records;
17. and other actions permitted by MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider severity, risk, history, evidence, intent, legal requirements, Payment Processor requirements, and platform integrity.

27. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers must not purchase, attempt to purchase, import, export, receive, possess, use, or support prohibited or restricted Products unlawfully.

Buyers are responsible for confirming whether a Product may be lawfully purchased, imported, exported, delivered, possessed, or used in their location.

Buyer participation in prohibited or restricted activity may result in Order cancellation, refund denial where permitted, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

28. Affiliate and Promotional Responsibility

Affiliates and promotional partners must not promote prohibited Products, restricted Products without approval, illegal services, misleading Listings, unsafe Products, counterfeit Products, or prohibited marketplace activity.

Affiliate promotion of prohibited or restricted Products may result in commission denial, commission reversal, Affiliate Account restriction, suspension, termination, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

29. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may use manual and automated tools to detect prohibited or restricted Products, but MRNMarket does not guarantee that all prohibited, restricted, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, deceptive, or non-compliant Products, Services, Listings, or Users will be detected, prevented, removed, or blocked.

Users remain responsible for their own Products, Services, Listings, purchases, shipments, promotions, and legal compliance.

30. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

1. Terms & Conditions;
2. Seller Agreement;
3. Buyer Agreement;
4. Listing Policy;
5. Acceptable Use Policy;
6. KYC & AML Policy;
7. Seller Verification Policy;
8. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
9. Refund & Return Policy;
10. Payment & Payout Policy;
11. Payment Review and Release Policy;
12. Intellectual Property Policy;
13. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
14. Definitions Policy; and
15. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

31. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Prohibited Products Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, product categories, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, sanctions programs, safety requirements, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
