1. Purpose of This Overview

This Affiliate Program Overview provides general information about the MRNMarket affiliate program.

The affiliate program may allow approved Affiliates to promote MRNMarket, the Platform, Products, Sellers, Services, offers, links, campaigns, or marketplace activity in exchange for potential commissions, referral payments, rewards, or other compensation.

This Overview is informational only. Affiliate participation is governed by the Affiliate Agreement, Affiliate Brand Usage Policy, Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines, Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy, Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy, Affiliate Verification Policy, Terms & Conditions, Payment & Payout Policy, and other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Overview conflicts with the Affiliate Agreement or another controlling policy, the controlling policy will apply.

2. What the Affiliate Program Is

The MRNMarket affiliate program is a promotional program that may allow eligible Affiliates to share approved links, referral codes, campaigns, content, or offers connected to MRNMarket.

Affiliates may potentially earn compensation when qualifying referral activity satisfies all applicable program requirements.

Affiliate participation, campaign availability, commission eligibility, payout timing, payout methods, and promotional permissions are subject to MRNMarket approval, campaign terms, affiliate policies, verification, fraud review, tax documentation, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law.

3. MRNMarket’s Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not the Seller, manufacturer, supplier, carrier, delivery company, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, Merchant of Record, bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, tax adviser, legal adviser, or party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Affiliate promotion does not make the Affiliate an employee, agent, broker, legal representative, partner, franchisee, or authorized spokesperson of MRNMarket unless expressly authorized in writing.

Affiliates must not make promises or commitments on behalf of MRNMarket.

4. Who May Apply

The affiliate program may be open to eligible:

1. individuals;
2. creators;
3. influencers;
4. publishers;
5. bloggers;
6. marketers;
7. agencies;
8. referral partners;
9. businesses;
10. website operators;
11. media partners;
12. community partners;
13. and other promotional partners approved by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or terminate participation where permitted by policy and law.

Participation is not guaranteed.

5. Application and Approval

Applicants may be required to provide information such as:

1. legal name;
2. business name;
3. contact information;
4. website or social media channels;
5. promotional methods;
6. traffic sources;
7. audience information;
8. tax information;
9. payment or payout information;
10. identity or business verification documents;
11. compliance information;
12. and other information requested by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may review applications based on:

1. promotional channel quality;
2. content quality;
3. audience fit;
4. compliance history;
5. brand safety;
6. fraud risk;
7. sanctions or legal risk;
8. traffic quality;
9. advertising practices;
10. verification status;
11. and business needs.

Approval does not guarantee commissions, payout eligibility, continued participation, or campaign access.

6. How Affiliates May Promote MRNMarket

Approved Affiliates may be allowed to promote MRNMarket through permitted methods such as:

1. referral links;
2. referral codes;
3. approved banners;
4. approved landing pages;
5. websites;
6. blogs;
7. social media;
8. video content;
9. educational content;
10. newsletters where legally compliant;
11. email where authorized and legally compliant;
12. influencer content;
13. business referrals;
14. community content;
15. and other approved promotional channels.

MRNMarket may require approval for specific campaigns, creatives, keywords, channels, jurisdictions, or audiences.

7. Required Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose affiliate relationships where required by law, platform rules, or MRNMarket policies.

Examples of disclosure language may include:

1. “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
2. “As an affiliate, I may receive compensation from qualifying referrals.”
3. “This post contains affiliate links.”

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand.

Hidden, vague, misleading, or hard-to-find disclosures may violate MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

8. Prohibited Promotional Activity

Affiliates must not engage in prohibited promotional activity, including:

1. spam;
2. phishing;
3. malware;
4. fake accounts;
5. bot traffic;
6. fake referrals;
7. self-referrals where prohibited;
8. cookie stuffing;
9. forced clicks;
10. hidden links;
11. misleading links;
12. fake urgency;
13. fake discounts;
14. misleading pricing claims;
15. fake MRNMarket pages;
16. impersonation;
17. unauthorized trademark bidding;
18. domain squatting;
19. typosquatting;
20. undisclosed sponsored content;
21. misleading reviews;
22. false earnings claims;
23. false refund claims;
24. false safety claims;
25. false delivery claims;
26. false seller verification claims;
27. promotion of prohibited Products;
28. unauthorized SMS or messaging campaigns;
29. data misuse;
30. or any activity prohibited by MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

9. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use MRNMarket’s name, logos, links, banners, images, trademarks, or marketing materials only as permitted by the Affiliate Brand Usage Policy or written authorization.

Affiliates must not:

1. alter MRNMarket logos without permission;
2. create fake official MRNMarket pages;
3. register confusingly similar domains or usernames;
4. impersonate MRNMarket;
5. imply employment, agency, partnership, or official spokesperson status;
6. use MRNMarket marks in misleading advertising;
7. or damage MRNMarket’s brand reputation.

MRNMarket may require removal or modification of affiliate content at any time where permitted by policy and law.

10. Affiliate Tracking

MRNMarket may use affiliate links, referral codes, cookies, tracking pixels, platform records, analytics tools, or third-party affiliate systems to track referral activity.

Tracking may be affected by:

1. browser settings;
2. cookie deletion;
3. ad blockers;
4. privacy tools;
5. device changes;
6. attribution windows;
7. tracking errors;
8. fraud review;
9. account verification;
10. refunds;
11. cancellations;
12. chargebacks;
13. technical issues;
14. and applicable law.

Tracking does not guarantee commission approval, commission amount, payout eligibility, payout timing, or payout success.

11. Commission Eligibility

Affiliate commissions may be available only when all applicable requirements are satisfied.

Requirements may include:

1. approved affiliate status;
2. valid tracking;
3. approved promotional method;
4. qualifying referral;
5. qualifying Order or activity;
6. successful payment;
7. no refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud, or abuse;
8. completion of applicable review periods;
9. compliance with campaign terms;
10. completion of verification;
11. required tax documentation;
12. Payment Processor compliance;
13. and MRNMarket approval.

Commissions are not earned merely because a link is clicked or a User visits the Platform.

12. Payouts and Taxes

Affiliate payouts are subject to:

1. Affiliate Agreement;
2. Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy;
3. Payment & Payout Policy;
4. Payment Review and Release Policy;
5. payout thresholds;
6. payout schedules;
7. payout methods;
8. verification;
9. tax documentation;
10. fraud review;
11. compliance review;
12. Payment Processor rules;
13. and applicable law.

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, tax reporting, tax filings, registrations, and legal obligations related to affiliate earnings.

MRNMarket does not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice.

13. Fraud and Abuse Review

MRNMarket may review affiliate activity for fraud, abuse, manipulation, or policy violations.

MRNMarket may review:

1. traffic sources;
2. referral patterns;
3. conversion quality;
4. refund rates;
5. chargeback rates;
6. user complaints;
7. promotional claims;
8. disclosure practices;
9. brand usage;
10. content;
11. ads;
12. landing pages;
13. affiliate links;
14. tracking data;
15. account history;
16. and other relevant information.

Fraud, abuse, or policy violations may result in commission denial, commission reversal, payout hold, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

14. Program Changes

MRNMarket may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program, campaign terms, commission rates, payout methods, attribution rules, eligibility requirements, or promotional permissions at any time where permitted by policy and law.

Future program features, commission opportunities, or promotional campaigns are not guaranteed.

15. No Guarantee

MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. affiliate approval;
2. continued participation;
3. campaign availability;
4. tracking accuracy;
5. commission approval;
6. commission amount;
7. payout eligibility;
8. payout timing;
9. payout success;
10. traffic;
11. conversions;
12. earnings;
13. or continued operation of the affiliate program.

16. Relationship With Other Policies
