1. Purpose of This Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, delivery confirmation, failed delivery, delivery disputes, and related responsibilities may apply to Orders placed through MRNMarket.

This Policy is intended to support clear delivery expectations, fair review procedures, Seller accountability, Buyer cooperation, and reliable marketplace operations.

This Policy does not guarantee delivery success, delivery timing, carrier performance, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, refund approval, payout approval, or dispute outcome.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

  1. the Seller;
  2. the manufacturer;
  3. the supplier;
  4. the warehouse operator;
  5. the carrier;
  6. the delivery company;
  7. the courier;
  8. the freight provider;
  9. the importer of record;
  10. the exporter of record;
  11. the customs broker;
  12. the Merchant of Record;
  13. a bank;
  14. a money transmitter;
  15. a licensed escrow provider;
  16. a payment processor;
  17. a financial institution;
  18. a legal adviser;
  19. a tax adviser; or
  20. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Shipping and delivery may be handled by independent Sellers, Delivery Partners, carriers, couriers, postal services, freight providers, warehouse providers, or other logistics providers.

MRNMarket may provide delivery-related tools, tracking support, delivery confirmation review, dispute support, payment review support, and administrative assistance. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller fulfillment, carrier performance, customs clearance, Product condition, delivery delays, lost packages, Payment Processor outcomes, or third-party logistics actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Seller is responsible for shipping Products according to the Listing, applicable Seller policies, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

Seller responsibilities may include:

  1. stating accurate handling times;
  2. stating available shipping methods;
  3. packaging Products properly;
  4. shipping within the stated handling time;
  5. using appropriate carriers or delivery methods;
  6. providing valid tracking where required;
  7. shipping to the Buyer’s confirmed delivery address;
  8. complying with shipping restrictions;
  9. complying with product safety, customs, import, export, and carrier rules;
  10. responding to delivery-related inquiries;
  11. cooperating with carrier investigations;
  12. cooperating with MRNMarket delivery review; and
  13. resolving shipping-related issues according to applicable policies.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

  1. providing accurate and complete delivery information;
  2. ensuring the delivery address can receive the shipment;
  3. checking the Listing’s shipping and delivery terms before ordering;
  4. monitoring tracking where available;
  5. responding to delivery or carrier requests;
  6. accepting delivery where required;
  7. picking up packages where pickup is required;
  8. paying applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges unless stated otherwise;
  9. checking delivered items promptly;
  10. reporting delivery issues within the applicable review period;
  11. preserving packaging and Product evidence where damage is claimed;
  12. providing accurate evidence for delivery disputes; and
  13. avoiding false, misleading, abusive, or duplicate delivery claims.

Buyer failure to provide accurate delivery information or cooperate with shipping or delivery review may affect Buyer Protection, refund review, dispute review, or delivery confirmation.

5. Handling Time

Handling time means the time a Seller states or is allowed to prepare and ship an Order after payment authorization or Order confirmation.

Sellers are expected to ship Orders within the handling time stated in the Listing or applicable Seller policy.

Failure to ship within the stated handling time may result in:

  1. Order cancellation;
  2. Buyer Protection review;
  3. refund review;
  4. payout delay;
  5. Seller performance review;
  6. account restriction;
  7. listing restriction; or
  8. other Enforcement Action where permitted by policy and law.

Handling time does not necessarily include carrier transit time unless expressly stated.

6. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods may vary depending on:

  1. Seller location;
  2. Buyer location;
  3. Product type;
  4. Product size or weight;
  5. carrier availability;
  6. delivery restrictions;
  7. customs requirements;
  8. category rules;
  9. shipping cost;
  10. delivery speed;
  11. risk review;
  12. legal requirements; and
  13. Platform stage or operational readiness.

MRNMarket does not guarantee that all shipping methods, carriers, delivery speeds, countries, or regions will be available for every Order.

7. Tracking Information

Where required by MRNMarket policies, Seller policies, category rules, or applicable law, Sellers must provide valid tracking information.

Tracking information should be accurate, current, and connected to the correct Order.

Tracking may be used for:

  1. delivery confirmation;
  2. Buyer updates;
  3. Seller performance review;
  4. dispute review;
  5. refund review;
  6. payout review;
  7. chargeback response;
  8. fraud prevention;
  9. carrier investigation; and
  10. Platform-Level Decisions.

Invalid, false, reused, misleading, unrelated, or unverifiable tracking information may result in dispute review, payout delay, listing restriction, account restriction, or other Enforcement Action.

8. Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates, shipping timelines, arrival estimates, transit times, and expected delivery windows are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed by the applicable Seller or required by applicable law.

Delivery may be affected by:

  1. carrier delays;
  2. weather;
  3. holidays;
  4. customs inspections;
  5. import/export controls;
  6. product restrictions;
  7. incorrect addresses;
  8. failed delivery attempts;
  9. pickup requirements;
  10. remote delivery locations;
  11. security inspections;
  12. operational disruptions;
  13. force majeure events;
  14. fraud or compliance review;
  15. Payment Processor requirements;
  16. or other events outside MRNMarket’s control.

MRNMarket does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be confirmed using one or more forms of evidence, including:

  1. carrier tracking;
  2. delivery partner records;
  3. courier records;
  4. postal service records;
  5. freight records;
  6. proof of delivery;
  7. signature confirmation;
  8. delivery photographs;
  9. delivery scan data;
  10. GPS or location information where available;
  11. Buyer confirmation;
  12. Seller evidence;
  13. customs or import records;
  14. pickup records;
  15. Platform records;
  16. communication records; or
  17. other reliable evidence.

Delivery confirmation may affect:

  1. payment review;
  2. payout review;
  3. refund review;
  4. return review;
  5. Buyer Protection;
  6. dispute review;
  7. Seller performance;
  8. and Platform-Level Decisions.

Delivery confirmation is a platform-level administrative determination and is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

10. Failed Delivery

Delivery may be treated as failed where an Order cannot be delivered due to circumstances such as:

  1. incorrect or incomplete address;
  2. Buyer unavailable;
  3. Buyer refusal;
  4. failed delivery attempts;
  5. package not picked up;
  6. unpaid duties or taxes;
  7. customs restrictions;
  8. import/export restrictions;
  9. carrier restrictions;
  10. unsafe delivery location;
  11. unavailable carrier service;
  12. product restrictions;
  13. returned-to-sender status;
  14. lost package;
  15. damaged shipment;
  16. or other delivery failure.

The outcome of failed delivery may depend on the reason for failure, available evidence, Seller policy, carrier policy, MRNMarket policies, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law.

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If delivery fails because the Buyer provided an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or undeliverable address, the Buyer may not be eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, Buyer Protection, or dispute relief, except where required by applicable law or a controlling policy.

MRNMarket, Sellers, and carriers are not responsible for delivery failure caused by inaccurate Buyer-provided information except where required by applicable law.

12. Refused Delivery or Failure to Pick Up

If a Buyer refuses delivery or fails to pick up a package when required, the Order may be treated as delivered, failed, returned, abandoned, or otherwise resolved according to applicable carrier rules, Seller policy, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

Refunds or replacements may be denied, reduced, delayed, or conditioned on return of the Product and deduction of applicable shipping, handling, return, restocking, customs, or processing costs where permitted by law and policy.

13. Lost Packages

If a package appears lost, MRNMarket may review:

  1. tracking records;
  2. carrier investigation results;
  3. Seller shipment evidence;
  4. delivery address information;
  5. Buyer communications;
  6. Seller communications;
  7. delivery partner records;
  8. customs records;
  9. proof of delivery;
  10. fraud indicators;
  11. account history; and
  12. other relevant evidence.

Responsibility for lost packages may depend on the Seller’s obligations, carrier rules, shipping method, delivery evidence, insurance coverage, Buyer conduct, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee reimbursement, refund, replacement, or carrier claim approval for lost packages.

14. Damaged Shipments

If a Product arrives damaged, the Buyer should report the issue within the applicable review period and provide evidence where requested.

Evidence may include:

  1. photos or videos of the damaged Product;
  2. photos of packaging;
  3. photos of shipping labels;
  4. description of the damage;
  5. Order number;
  6. delivery date;
  7. carrier information;
  8. and other information reasonably requested by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may review whether damage appears to have occurred before shipment, during delivery, after delivery, due to packaging, due to carrier handling, or due to Buyer handling.

Resolution may depend on Seller policy, carrier policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Payment Processor rules, available evidence, and applicable law.

15. Missing or Wrong Items

If the Buyer receives missing, incomplete, or wrong items, the Buyer should report the issue within the applicable review period and provide supporting evidence.

MRNMarket may request:

  1. photos of all items received;
  2. packaging photos;
  3. shipping label photos;
  4. Listing reference;
  5. Order number;
  6. delivery details;
  7. tracking information;
  8. weight records where available;
  9. Seller response;
  10. and other relevant evidence.

Claims may be denied if unsupported, late, inconsistent with records, contradicted by tracking, packaging, weight, or Seller evidence, or otherwise excluded by policy.

16. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

International Orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, documentation requirements, product restrictions, export controls, sanctions rules, carrier restrictions, and local laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buyers, Sellers, importers, exporters, carriers, or other responsible parties are responsible for:

  1. customs clearance;
  2. duties;
  3. taxes;
  4. permits;
  5. licenses;
  6. import/export documents;
  7. product compliance;
  8. age restrictions;
  9. safety requirements;
  10. and compliance with applicable laws.

MRNMarket is not a customs broker, importer of record, exporter of record, tax adviser, or legal adviser unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery failure caused by customs, import/export restrictions, legal restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect documentation, or Buyer/Seller noncompliance may affect refund review, payout review, Buyer Protection, or dispute outcomes.

17. Restricted Shipping

Certain Products or Services may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to certain locations due to:

  1. law;
  2. carrier rules;
  3. sanctions;
  4. export controls;
  5. product safety rules;
  6. age restrictions;
  7. hazardous material rules;
  8. customs restrictions;
  9. category policies;
  10. Seller limitations;
  11. Payment Processor requirements;
  12. or MRNMarket policies.

MRNMarket may cancel, restrict, review, or prevent Orders where shipping restrictions apply.

Users are responsible for ensuring that Products may be lawfully shipped, imported, exported, received, possessed, and used in the relevant location.

18. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary based on:

  1. Seller;
  2. shipping method;
  3. Product type;
  4. Product weight or dimensions;
  5. destination;
  6. delivery speed;
  7. carrier;
  8. customs requirements;
  9. taxes or duties;
  10. risk review;
  11. and other factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buyers are responsible for shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and related delivery costs.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or a controlling policy.

19. Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may depend on:

  1. reason for return;
  2. Seller policy;
  3. Refund & Return Policy;
  4. Buyer Protection Policy;
  5. Product condition;
  6. evidence review;
  7. whether the Product was damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described;
  8. Buyer remorse;
  9. applicable law; and
  10. MRNMarket policies.

Buyers may be required to use tracked return shipping and provide return tracking.

Failure to return the Product according to instructions may result in reduced refund, refund denial, dispute denial, or other Enforcement Action where permitted by law and policy.

20. Delivery Disputes

Delivery disputes may be reviewed under this Policy, the Delivery Confirmation Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Payment Review and Release Policy, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy, and other applicable policies.

MRNMarket may consider:

  1. tracking information;
  2. proof of delivery;
  3. Buyer evidence;
  4. Seller evidence;
  5. carrier evidence;
  6. delivery partner evidence;
  7. customs records;
  8. communications;
  9. Platform records;
  10. account history;
  11. fraud indicators;
  12. legal requirements;
  13. Payment Processor rules;
  14. and applicable policies.

MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions regarding delivery confirmation, refund review, return review, payout review, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, or policy enforcement.

A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

21. False or Abusive Delivery Claims

Users must not misuse shipping, delivery, tracking, return, or delivery dispute processes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  1. false non-delivery claims;
  2. false damage claims;
  3. false missing item claims;
  4. false wrong item claims;
  5. false delivery confirmations;
  6. altered tracking records;
  7. fake carrier records;
  8. concealing receipt of delivered items;
  9. refusing delivery to manipulate refunds;
  10. failing to pick up packages to manipulate refunds;
  11. returning different items;
  12. returning damaged or altered items;
  13. filing duplicate claims;
  14. filing late claims;
  15. harassing Sellers, carriers, Delivery Partners, or MRNMarket staff;
  16. or otherwise abusing delivery processes.

False or abusive conduct may result in claim denial, refund denial, payout review, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, chargeback response, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Actions.

22. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide shipping and delivery tools, tracking support, delivery confirmation review, dispute support, and administrative assistance.

However, MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. delivery success;
  2. delivery timing;
  3. carrier performance;
  4. Seller fulfillment;
  5. Buyer conduct;
  6. tracking accuracy;
  7. customs clearance;
  8. refund approval;
  9. payout approval;
  10. dispute outcome;
  11. chargeback outcome;
  12. or detection of every false or abusive claim.

23. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  1. Terms & Conditions;
  2. Buyer Agreement;
  3. Seller Agreement;
  4. Buyer Protection Policy;
  5. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
  6. Refund & Return Policy;
  7. Payment & Payout Policy;
  8. Payment Review and Release Policy;
  9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy;
  10. Acceptable Use Policy;
  11. Prohibited Products Policy;
  12. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  13. Definitions Policy; and
  14. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, delivery processes, carrier requirements, applicable law, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
