Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not the Seller, manufacturer, supplier, carrier, delivery company, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, Merchant of Record, bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, legal adviser, tax adviser, or party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Media and third parties should avoid stating or implying that MRNMarket is generally:

1. the Seller of third-party Products;
2. a bank;
3. a money transmitter;
4. a licensed escrow provider;
5. a payment processor;
6. a financial institution;
7. a customs broker;
8. a carrier;
9. a delivery company;
10. a legal adviser;
11. a tax adviser;
12. a guarantor of Transactions; or
13. responsible for independent Seller Products unless MRNMarket has expressly stated otherwise.

MRNMarket is not responsible for statements made by Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, commentators, analysts, media outlets, social media users, or other third parties.

Third-party statements do not represent MRNMarket unless expressly authorized in writing.

Affiliates and promotional partners must comply with MRNMarket’s Affiliate Brand Usage Policy, Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines, Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy, and other applicable affiliate policies.

15. Corrections and Clarifications

MRNMarket may request corrections, clarifications, updates, or retractions where public materials contain inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, outdated, defamatory, infringing, confidential, privacy-violating, or unauthorized information.

Correction requests may be sent to the relevant media outlet, publisher, platform, author, editor, hosting provider, social media platform, regulator, rights owner, or other appropriate party.
