1. Purpose of This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using MRNMarket safely, lawfully, and responsibly.

This Policy applies to all Users, including Buyers, Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, visitors, business partners, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.

This Policy should be read together with the MRNMarket Terms & Conditions, Definitions Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Products Policy, Listing Policy, Communication Policy, Payment & Payout Policy, and other applicable MRNMarket policies.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. General User Responsibilities

Users must:

1. use the Platform lawfully and honestly;
2. provide accurate and current information;
3. comply with MRNMarket policies;
4. comply with all applicable laws;
5. respect the rights of other Users and third parties;
6. cooperate with verification, compliance, payment, dispute, and support procedures;
7. protect account credentials;
8. avoid fraud, abuse, harassment, and deception;
9. avoid interfering with Platform security or operations; and
10. use Platform tools only for permitted purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use the Platform to engage in or support any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited activity.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

1. violating any applicable law, regulation, order, sanctions rule, tax rule, consumer protection law, privacy law, product safety law, customs law, export/import law, intellectual property law, or payment processor rule;
2. committing fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or abuse;
3. creating false, misleading, duplicate, or unauthorized Accounts;
4. impersonating another person, business, organization, government body, MRNMarket representative, or other entity;
5. submitting false, incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information;
6. manipulating Orders, Transactions, payments, refunds, returns, chargebacks, disputes, reviews, ratings, commissions, referrals, or search results;
7. engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, or other financial crimes;
8. using the Platform to facilitate illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, restricted, sanctioned, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited Products or Services;
9. harassing, threatening, abusing, intimidating, discriminating against, defaming, exploiting, or harming another person;
10. uploading malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, bots, worms, harmful code, or disruptive technologies;
11. scraping, crawling, harvesting, mining, indexing, copying, or extracting Platform data without MRNMarket’s written permission;
12. bypassing, disabling, interfering with, or testing Platform security without authorization;
13. interfering with Platform operation, servers, networks, APIs, payment systems, support systems, or User access;
14. using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial traffic to manipulate Platform activity;
15. sending spam, unsolicited messages, phishing attempts, scams, or deceptive communications;
16. requesting, encouraging, or completing off-platform payments where prohibited;
17. avoiding MRNMarket fees, policies, restrictions, or enforcement measures;
18. misusing MRNMarket brand assets, trademarks, logos, content, or intellectual property;
19. violating privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights;
20. collecting or using Personal Data without authorization or legal basis;
21. using Buyer, Seller, Affiliate, Delivery Partner, or Service Provider information for unauthorized purposes;
22. posting false, misleading, abusive, obscene, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, extremist, or illegal content;
23. promoting self-harm, exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, violence, or criminal activity;
24. using the Platform in a way that creates risk, liability, or harm for MRNMarket, Users, third parties, payment processors, banks, card networks, delivery partners, or the public; or
25. attempting, assisting, encouraging, or enabling any prohibited conduct.

4. Account Misuse

Users must not:

1. create Accounts using false or stolen information;
2. create multiple Accounts to avoid restrictions, limits, reviews, suspensions, or enforcement;
3. sell, rent, transfer, or share Accounts without MRNMarket’s written permission;
4. use another User’s Account without authorization;
5. bypass account verification or security controls;
6. use fake identities, fake documents, or misleading business information;
7. continue using the Platform after suspension or termination without permission;
8. conceal ownership, beneficial ownership, location, payment details, or transaction activity;
9. allow unauthorized persons to use an Account; or
10. use an Account for fraud, abuse, spam, circumvention, or prohibited activity.

MRNMarket may restrict, suspend, or terminate Accounts involved in misuse.

5. Marketplace Misuse

Users must not misuse marketplace tools, including Listings, Orders, reviews, ratings, communications, referrals, commissions, payouts, returns, refunds, disputes, payment review, delivery confirmation, or support systems.

Marketplace misuse includes:

1. fake Orders or Transactions;
2. fake reviews or ratings;
3. review manipulation;
4. seller ranking manipulation;
5. false delivery confirmations;
6. false refund or return claims;
7. chargeback abuse;
8. commission manipulation;
9. affiliate fraud;
10. fake referrals;
11. self-referrals where prohibited;
12. misleading Listings;
13. counterfeit Listings;
14. bait-and-switch practices;
15. duplicate Listings used to manipulate visibility;
16. off-platform payment circumvention;
17. coordinated abuse between Users;
18. abuse of buyer protection, seller protection, affiliate programs, or dispute procedures;
19. using Platform support to harass, pressure, mislead, or defraud others; or
20. any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or abuse Platform systems.

6. Prohibited Content

Users must not submit, upload, post, display, transmit, promote, or distribute content that:

1. is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, false, or misleading;
2. infringes intellectual property rights;
3. violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data protection rights;
4. contains malware or harmful code;
5. promotes prohibited or restricted products without authorization;
6. promotes violence, terrorism, trafficking, exploitation, or criminal activity;
7. is hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory;
8. sexually exploits or endangers minors;
9. includes unauthorized personal, financial, identity, or sensitive information;
10. impersonates MRNMarket or another person or entity;
11. misuses MRNMarket branding;
12. manipulates reviews, ratings, rankings, referrals, or commissions;
13. encourages off-platform payments where prohibited;
14. violates advertising, consumer protection, or disclosure laws; or
15. violates MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

MRNMarket may remove, restrict, disable, or report prohibited content.

7. Prohibited Products and Services

Users must comply with the MRNMarket Prohibited Products Policy and Listing Policy.

Users must not list, sell, promote, deliver, facilitate, or support Products or Services that are:

1. illegal;
2. unsafe;
3. counterfeit;
4. infringing;
5. fraudulent;
6. deceptive;
7. sanctioned;
8. stolen;
9. recalled;
10. hazardous without authorization;
11. regulated without required licenses or approvals;
12. restricted without MRNMarket approval;
13. harmful to Users, third parties, or the public; or
14. otherwise prohibited under MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

Restricted Products may be allowed only if all legal, licensing, documentation, product safety, category approval, age verification, shipping, customs, and MRNMarket requirements are satisfied.

8. Communications and Messaging

Users must communicate honestly, lawfully, respectfully, and only for permitted Platform-related purposes.

Users must not use MRNMarket communications to:

1. harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate;
2. send spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive messages;
3. request prohibited off-platform payments;
4. share unauthorized personal information;
5. impersonate MRNMarket or another person;
6. make false claims or misleading statements;
7. pressure Users to bypass Platform rules;
8. manipulate reviews, refunds, returns, disputes, or chargebacks;
9. advertise unrelated services without permission;
10. violate privacy or intellectual property rights; or
11. engage in unlawful or prohibited conduct.

MRNMarket may review communications where permitted by law and policy to support safety, fraud prevention, dispute review, compliance, and enforcement.

9. Data, Privacy, and Security

Users must not:

1. collect, scrape, harvest, sell, share, or misuse Personal Data without authorization;
2. use User data for purposes unrelated to the permitted Transaction or Platform activity;
3. disclose Buyer, Seller, Affiliate, Delivery Partner, or Service Provider information without authorization;
4. attempt to access accounts, systems, data, APIs, or networks without permission;
5. test, scan, or probe Platform security without authorization;
6. interfere with security controls;
7. use stolen credentials;
8. upload harmful code;
9. bypass rate limits or access controls;
10. misuse cookies, tokens, sessions, or authentication tools; or
11. violate the MRNMarket Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy, Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy, or applicable privacy laws.

Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, and Service Providers must protect Personal Data received through the Platform and use it only for permitted purposes.

10. Payments, Payouts, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Users must not misuse payment, payout, refund, return, chargeback, or dispute systems.

Prohibited payment-related conduct includes:

1. payment fraud;
2. stolen payment methods;
3. unauthorized transactions;
4. false refund claims;
5. false non-delivery claims;
6. false return claims;
7. chargeback abuse;
8. payout fraud;
9. commission fraud;
10. money laundering;
11. sanctions evasion;
12. off-platform payment circumvention;
13. attempts to avoid MRNMarket fees;
14. misuse of Payment Processor systems;
15. manipulating payment review or release procedures;
16. providing false payment, tax, or banking information; or
17. using the Platform for unlawful financial activity.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.

11. Affiliate and Promotional Misuse

Affiliates and promotional partners must comply with the Affiliate Agreement, Affiliate Brand Usage Policy, Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines, Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy, Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy, and all applicable advertising laws.

Affiliates must not:

1. make false, deceptive, or unsupported claims;
2. misrepresent affiliation with MRNMarket;
3. use unauthorized MRNMarket branding;
4. engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive advertising;
5. use fake referrals, self-referrals, bots, paid traffic abuse, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, or commission manipulation;
6. promote prohibited products or unlawful activity;
7. fail to make required affiliate disclosures;
8. bid on restricted trademarks where prohibited;
9. impersonate MRNMarket;
10. target prohibited jurisdictions or audiences; or
11. violate consumer protection, advertising, privacy, or platform rules.

12. Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions where it believes, in good faith, that a User has violated this Policy, another MRNMarket policy, payment processor rules, third-party requirements, or applicable law.

Enforcement Actions may include:

1. warning the User;
2. requesting information or documentation;
3. removing content;
4. removing or restricting Listings;
5. limiting features;
6. restricting communications;
7. delaying, holding, reducing, reversing, offsetting, or denying payouts where permitted;
8. canceling Orders or Transactions;
9. issuing refund instructions;
10. restricting, suspending, or terminating Accounts;
11. reversing commissions;
12. blocking access;
13. reporting to payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, rights owners, or affected parties where permitted or required;
14. preserving records; or
15. taking other actions permitted by MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider risk level, severity, history, evidence, legal obligations, operational needs, and platform integrity.

13. Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected violations of this Policy to MRNMarket.

Reports should include available information, such as:

1. Usernames or account details;
2. Listing links;
3. Order numbers;
4. screenshots;
5. communications;
6. payment or delivery information;
7. description of the issue; and
8. supporting evidence.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith reports may result in enforcement action.

14. No Guarantee of Detection or Prevention

MRNMarket may use manual and automated tools to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, prohibited conduct, and policy violations.

However, MRNMarket does not guarantee that all prohibited conduct, harmful activity, fraud, abuse, or violations will be detected, prevented, removed, or resolved.

Users remain responsible for their own conduct, compliance, security, and interactions.

15. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, Applicable Law, business operations, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.

16. Policy Hierarchy

This Policy should be read together with the MRNMarket Terms & Conditions, Definitions Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Products Policy, Listing Policy, Communication Policy, Payment & Payout Policy, Affiliate Agreement, Seller Agreement, Buyer Agreement, and other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
