1. Purpose of This Policy

This Global Trade Policy explains how international commerce, cross-border transactions, customs, import/export responsibilities, sanctions, restricted countries, product compliance, shipping restrictions, taxes, duties, and trade-related obligations may apply to MRNMarket marketplace activity.

This Policy is intended to support lawful international marketplace operations, reduce trade compliance risk, protect Users, prevent prohibited activity, and clarify the responsibilities of Buyers, Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, and other participants.

This Policy does not guarantee cross-border availability, customs clearance, delivery success, import approval, export approval, tax treatment, carrier acceptance, payment approval, payout success, or legal compliance by any User.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

1. the Seller;
2. the Buyer;
3. the manufacturer;
4. the supplier;
5. the warehouse operator;
6. the carrier;
7. the courier;
8. the freight provider;
9. the delivery company;
10. the importer of record;
11. the exporter of record;
12. the customs broker;
13. the customs agent;
14. the freight forwarder;
15. the Merchant of Record;
16. a bank;
17. a money transmitter;
18. a licensed escrow provider;
19. a payment processor;
20. a financial institution;
21. a legal adviser;
22. a tax adviser;
23. a trade compliance adviser; or
24. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and independent Seller.

MRNMarket may provide marketplace tools, Listing tools, payment integrations, delivery review tools, communication tools, dispute support, compliance review, sanctions screening, and platform-level administrative processes.

Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for customs clearance, import/export classification, trade compliance, product compliance, duties, taxes, delivery performance, carrier decisions, government decisions, or User legal obligations, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket expressly acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Transactions.

3. Global Marketplace Availability

MRNMarket may support international marketplace activity where operationally, legally, commercially, and technically available.

Availability may vary based on:

1. User location;
2. Seller location;
3. Buyer location;
4. Product category;
5. shipping destination;
6. shipping origin;
7. carrier availability;
8. Payment Processor rules;
9. sanctions and trade restrictions;
10. customs requirements;
11. import/export controls;
12. product safety laws;
13. tax requirements;
14. risk review;
15. operational readiness;
16. pilot or limited-release status; and
17. MRNMarket policies.

MRNMarket may approve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to certain countries, regions, categories, Products, Sellers, Buyers, Transactions, payment methods, payout methods, or shipping methods where permitted by policy and law.

4. User Responsibility for Trade Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable trade, customs, tax, import, export, sanctions, anti-boycott, product safety, labeling, licensing, documentation, and consumer protection laws.

Buyers, Sellers, importers, exporters, carriers, Delivery Partners, and other responsible parties must ensure that Products and Services may be lawfully:

1. listed;
2. sold;
3. purchased;
4. exported;
5. imported;
6. shipped;
7. delivered;
8. possessed;
9. used;
10. returned;
11. repaired;
12. replaced;
13. refunded; and
14. resold where applicable.

Users should obtain professional legal, tax, customs, or trade compliance advice where needed.

MRNMarket does not provide legal, tax, customs, import/export, regulatory, or trade compliance advice.

5. Seller Global Trade Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that Products and Services comply with all applicable laws in the origin country, destination country, and any transit country where applicable.

Seller responsibilities may include:

1. lawful Product sourcing;
2. accurate Product descriptions;
3. accurate country-of-origin information;
4. Product classification;
5. customs documentation;
6. export documentation;
7. import documentation where applicable;
8. commercial invoices;
9. packing lists;
10. permits;
11. licenses;
12. safety certifications;
13. conformity documents;
14. product labels;
15. warnings;
16. restricted Product approvals;
17. sanctions screening where applicable;
18. prohibited Product review;
19. intellectual property compliance;
20. export control compliance;
21. tax and duty obligations where applicable;
22. return shipping compliance;
23. and carrier or logistics requirements.

Sellers must not list, sell, ship, or support Products or Services that are prohibited, restricted without approval, sanctioned, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, illegally sourced, or non-compliant.

6. Buyer Global Trade Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for confirming that Products or Services may be lawfully purchased, imported, delivered, possessed, used, returned, or resold in their location.

Buyer responsibilities may include:

1. providing accurate delivery information;
2. paying applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees unless stated otherwise;
3. complying with import laws;
4. complying with age restrictions;
5. obtaining permits or licenses where required;
6. cooperating with customs or carrier requirements;
7. responding to delivery or clearance requests;
8. ensuring Product use is lawful in the Buyer’s location;
9. avoiding prohibited or restricted Products;
10. and complying with MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

Delivery failure, seizure, delay, return, destruction, or added charges caused by customs, import restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect Buyer information, legal restrictions, or Buyer noncompliance may affect refund review, Buyer Protection, dispute outcomes, or delivery confirmation.

7. Importer and Exporter of Record

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. the Seller, Buyer, carrier, logistics provider, or other responsible party may be the exporter or importer of record depending on the Transaction structure, shipping terms, destination, and applicable law;
2. MRNMarket is not the importer of record;
3. MRNMarket is not the exporter of record;
4. MRNMarket is not the customs broker;
5. MRNMarket is not responsible for customs clearance or customs documentation; and
6. MRNMarket does not assume importer or exporter obligations for independent Seller Transactions.

For MRNMarket Official Store Transactions, applicable official store terms and transaction-specific terms may identify responsibilities differently.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, tariffs, assessments, carrier fees, local charges, or other government-imposed costs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law:

1. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees;
2. Sellers are responsible for export-related obligations and required shipping documentation;
3. Users are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance; and
4. MRNMarket does not guarantee tax, duty, or customs calculations.

Any estimates of duties, taxes, or fees are for convenience only and may not reflect final amounts imposed by authorities, carriers, Payment Processors, or other third parties.

9. Product Classification and Documentation

Users are responsible for accurate Product classification and documentation where applicable.

Required information may include:

1. Product description;
2. country of origin;
3. harmonized tariff code or classification where required;
4. value;
5. quantity;
6. weight;
7. material composition;
8. intended use;
9. safety documentation;
10. licenses or permits;
11. certificates of origin;
12. conformity certificates;
13. commercial invoices;
14. packing lists;
15. customs declarations;
16. export control classification;
17. and other documents required by law, carrier rules, or MRNMarket policies.

MRNMarket may request documentation for review but does not guarantee accuracy or acceptance by customs, carriers, regulators, or other authorities.

10. Restricted and Prohibited Trade

Users must not use MRNMarket for Transactions, Products, Services, shipments, payments, payouts, listings, promotions, or activity involving:

1. sanctioned persons;
2. restricted parties;
3. blocked persons;
4. embargoed regions;
5. prohibited countries;
6. restricted goods;
7. prohibited end uses;
8. prohibited end users;
9. export-controlled goods without authorization;
10. sanctioned banks or payment channels;
11. illegal transshipment;
12. customs fraud;
13. false documentation;
14. misclassification;
15. undervaluation;
16. restricted technology transfers;
17. anti-boycott violations;
18. or trade prohibited by applicable sanctions, export control, customs, import, or anti-terrorism laws.

MRNMarket may block, cancel, restrict, hold, review, report, or terminate activity involving trade compliance concerns.

11. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

MRNMarket may screen Users, Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, beneficial owners, representatives, payout information, delivery destinations, Transactions, Listings, and related activity against sanctions, restricted-party, watchlist, export control, anti-terrorism, and similar lists where appropriate.

MRNMarket may restrict, suspend, reject, cancel, delay payouts, deny commissions, remove Listings, report activity, or terminate Accounts if sanctions or restricted-party concerns arise.

Users must not attempt to evade sanctions, hide identity, conceal beneficial ownership, use false information, route Transactions through third parties to avoid restrictions, or otherwise bypass trade compliance controls.

12. Export Controls

Certain Products, technologies, software, technical data, equipment, components, services, or information may be subject to export controls.

Users are responsible for determining whether export licenses, permits, authorizations, restrictions, or reporting obligations apply.

Export-controlled items must not be listed, sold, shipped, transferred, disclosed, or promoted through MRNMarket without all required authorization and MRNMarket approval where required.

13. Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Products sold across borders may be subject to destination-country requirements, including:

1. product safety rules;
2. labeling requirements;
3. warning requirements;
4. testing requirements;
5. certification requirements;
6. conformity assessments;
7. age restrictions;
8. consumer protection laws;
9. electrical safety rules;
10. battery shipping rules;
11. chemical restrictions;
12. food, cosmetic, supplement, or health product rules;
13. medical device rules;
14. environmental rules;
15. packaging and recycling rules;
16. and other regulatory requirements.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that Products comply with all applicable requirements before listing, selling, shipping, or delivering them.

14. Shipping Restrictions

International shipping may be restricted by:

1. carrier rules;
2. destination country rules;
3. origin country rules;
4. transit country rules;
5. product category;
6. hazardous materials rules;
7. customs requirements;
8. sanctions programs;
9. export controls;
10. import restrictions;
11. age restrictions;
12. licensing requirements;
13. Payment Processor rules;
14. Delivery Partner limitations;
15. or MRNMarket policies.

MRNMarket may restrict or cancel Orders where shipping restrictions apply or where compliance risk exists.

15. Customs Delays, Seizures, and Returns

International Orders may be delayed, held, inspected, assessed, seized, rejected, returned, abandoned, destroyed, or restricted by customs authorities, carriers, regulators, or other authorities.

Refunds, returns, Buyer Protection, payout review, or dispute outcomes may depend on:

1. reason for delay or seizure;
2. customs records;
3. carrier records;
4. Buyer conduct;
5. Seller conduct;
6. documentation accuracy;
7. Product legality;
8. import/export restrictions;
9. unpaid duties or taxes;
10. delivery evidence;
11. applicable policies;
12. Payment Processor rules;
13. and applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee customs clearance, release of seized goods, refund approval, return success, delivery success, or government authority decisions.

16. Returns Across Borders

Cross-border returns may be subject to customs documentation, duties, taxes, shipping restrictions, carrier rules, return authorization, product condition requirements, and destination-country laws.

Buyers and Sellers must follow applicable return instructions and legal requirements.

Returned Products may be delayed, refused, seized, taxed, or restricted by customs, carriers, or authorities.

Failure to follow return instructions or customs requirements may affect refund review, return acceptance, Buyer Protection, payout review, or dispute outcomes.

17. Payment and Payout Restrictions

Cross-border payments and payouts may be subject to Payment Processor rules, bank rules, card network rules, digital wallet rules, currency controls, sanctions screening, AML review, tax documentation, payout method availability, country restrictions, and applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. payment method availability;
2. payment approval;
3. payout eligibility;
4. payout timing;
5. currency conversion;
6. exchange rates;
7. bank acceptance;
8. Payment Processor decisions; or
9. payout success.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.

18. Currency Conversion

International Transactions may involve currency conversion.

Currency conversion may be subject to:

1. exchange rates;
2. conversion fees;
3. Payment Processor rules;
4. bank fees;
5. card network rules;
6. digital wallet rules;
7. payout provider rules;
8. user location;
9. payment method;
10. payout method;
11. and applicable law.

MRNMarket does not guarantee exchange rates, conversion availability, or currency conversion outcomes.

19. Affiliate Global Promotions

Affiliates promoting MRNMarket internationally are responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, influencer, privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, tax, sanctions, and platform rules in the locations where their promotions are displayed or targeted.

Affiliates must not promote:

1. prohibited Products;
2. restricted Products without approval;
3. sanctioned activity;
4. unlawful claims;
5. misleading pricing;
6. fake discounts;
7. fake availability;
8. false delivery claims;
9. false customs claims;
10. false refund claims;
11. or unauthorized MRNMarket representations.

MRNMarket may restrict Affiliate promotions by country, language, channel, Product category, campaign, or risk level.

20. Trade Compliance Review

MRNMarket may review or restrict Transactions, Listings, Accounts, payments, payouts, shipments, promotions, or communications for trade compliance reasons.

MRNMarket may request information or documents, including:

1. identity or business verification;
2. beneficial ownership information;
3. product descriptions;
4. product classifications;
5. invoices;
6. supplier records;
7. licenses;
8. permits;
9. customs documents;
10. shipping records;
11. delivery records;
12. country-of-origin information;
13. end-user or end-use information;
14. sanctions screening information;
15. payment information;
16. payout information;
17. and other compliance evidence.

Failure to provide requested information may result in Listing removal, Order cancellation, payment review, payout delay, Account restriction, suspension, termination, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

21. Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions where trade compliance concerns arise.

Enforcement Actions may include:

1. requesting information;
2. requesting documentation;
3. restricting Listings;
4. removing Listings;
5. restricting Product categories;
6. canceling Orders;
7. issuing refund instructions where permitted;
8. delaying or holding payouts where permitted;
9. denying commissions;
10. restricting shipping destinations;
11. restricting payment or payout methods;
12. restricting Accounts;
13. suspending Accounts;
14. terminating Accounts;
15. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, carriers, regulators, law enforcement, customs authorities, rights owners, affected Users, or other relevant parties where permitted or required;
16. preserving records;
17. and other actions permitted by MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider risk, severity, history, evidence, intent, legal obligations, Payment Processor requirements, operational needs, and platform integrity.

22. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide marketplace tools, compliance review, sanctions screening, shipping support tools, delivery review, and dispute support, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:

1. international availability;
2. lawful import or export;
3. customs clearance;
4. delivery success;
5. carrier acceptance;
6. Product compliance;
7. duty or tax accuracy;
8. government approval;
9. payment approval;
10. payout success;
11. currency conversion;
12. refund approval;
13. return success;
14. dispute outcome;
15. detection of all trade violations;
16. or legal compliance by Users.

Users remain responsible for their own trade compliance, Products, shipments, payments, taxes, documents, and legal obligations.

23. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

4. Buyer Terms & Conditions;
5. Seller Agreement;
6. Seller Verification Policy;
7. Listing Policy;
8. Prohibited Products Policy;
9. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
10. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
11. Refund & Return Policy;
12. Payment & Payout Policy;
13. Payment Review and Release Policy;
14. KYC & AML Policy;
15. Acceptable Use Policy;
16. Communication Policy;
17. Trust & Safety Policy;
18. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
19. Affiliate Agreement;
20. Affiliate Policy;
21. Privacy Policy; and
22. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Global Trade Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Global Trade Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, sanctions programs, customs requirements, import/export rules, Product categories, Payment Processor requirements, carrier requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
