1. Purpose of This Policy
This Buyer Protection Policy explains when MRNMarket may provide platform-level support, review, or assistance for Buyer issues involving Orders, delivery, refunds, returns, disputes, Seller performance, payment review, or other marketplace activity.
This Policy is intended to support fair marketplace transactions, reduce fraud, encourage Seller accountability, and provide Buyers with a structured process for reporting eligible Order issues.
This Policy does not guarantee refunds, returns, replacements, delivery success, Seller performance, chargeback outcomes, or dispute outcomes. Each case depends on the available evidence, applicable MRNMarket policies, Seller obligations, Payment Processor rules, and applicable law.
2. Important Marketplace Role Notice
MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.
Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:
For most third-party Listings, the Buyer contracts directly with the independent Seller or Service Provider.
MRNMarket may provide platform-level dispute support, payment review support, delivery confirmation review, refund review, and administrative assistance. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller Products, Seller conduct, delivery performance, Product quality, customs clearance, Seller warranties, Payment Processor outcomes, carrier performance, or other third-party actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.
3. Scope of Buyer Protection
Buyer Protection may apply to eligible Orders placed through the MRNMarket Platform where the Buyer has followed MRNMarket policies and completed the transaction through approved MRNMarket checkout and payment channels.
Buyer Protection may cover issues such as:
Buyer Protection is a platform-level review process. It is not insurance, a warranty, escrow, chargeback protection, financial protection, or a guarantee of refund.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for Buyer Protection, the Buyer must:

If a Seller does not ship an Order within the handling time stated in the Listing or applicable policy, the Buyer may request cancellation or dispute review.
MRNMarket may consider:
If the Order has not shipped and is eligible for cancellation, MRNMarket may support cancellation, refund review, or other platform-level action.
7. Item Not Delivered
If a Buyer claims that an item was not delivered, MRNMarket may review:
A claim may be denied if tracking, proof of delivery, carrier records, Buyer confirmation, or other reliable evidence shows delivery to the address provided by the Buyer.
A claim may also be denied if delivery failed because the Buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed to pick up the package, failed customs clearance, or did not cooperate with carrier or delivery requirements.
8. Item Significantly Not as Described
A Product may be considered significantly not as described if it materially differs from the Listing in a way that affects the Product’s identity, condition, quantity, specifications, authenticity, or essential features.
Examples may include:
Buyer Protection does not generally apply to minor differences, color variations caused by screen settings, packaging differences, subjective dissatisfaction, Buyer remorse, or issues clearly disclosed in the Listing.
9. Damaged Items
If a Product arrives damaged, the Buyer must promptly report the issue within the applicable review period.
The Buyer may be required to provide:
MRNMarket may consider whether the damage occurred before shipment, during delivery, after delivery, or because of Buyer handling.
Depending on the evidence, MRNMarket may support refund review, return review, replacement review, Seller review, carrier claim support, or dispute resolution.
10. Missing, Incomplete, or Wrong Items
If the Buyer receives missing, incomplete, or wrong items, the Buyer must report the issue within the applicable review period and provide supporting evidence.
MRNMarket may request:
MRNMarket may deny claims that are unsupported, inconsistent with records, filed late, or contradicted by delivery, packaging, weight, or Seller evidence.
If MRNMarket determines that a return is required, the Buyer must follow all return instructions.
Unless another policy or applicable law provides otherwise:
Items returned damaged, incomplete, used beyond reasonable inspection, altered, substituted, or not returned as instructed may result in reduced refund, refund denial, dispute denial, or other Enforcement Action where permitted by law and policy.
12. Refund Review
Refunds are subject to:
Approved refunds generally will not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the affected Product or Service unless required by applicable law or a controlling policy.
Refunds may be full, partial, denied, delayed, or conditioned on return or other requirements.
MRNMarket does not guarantee refund outcomes.
13. Payment Review and Release
Where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules, payments, refunds, payouts, settlements, or related amounts may be subject to temporary review, hold, delay, reserve, restriction, or release procedures through approved third-party Payment Processors.
Such procedures may be used for reasons including:
Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.
14. Evidence Requirements
To support Buyer Protection review, the Buyer may be required to provide:
Evidence must be accurate, complete, truthful, and not misleading.
MRNMarket may deny or close claims where required evidence is missing, late, incomplete, inconsistent, altered, false, or unreliable.
15. Review Timeframes
Buyers must submit Buyer Protection claims within the applicable review period stated in the relevant MRNMarket policy, Order page, Seller policy, or Platform notice.
If no specific review period is stated, Buyers should report issues as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, failed delivery, expected delivery date, or discovery of the issue.
Late claims may be denied where permitted by law and policy.
MRNMarket may set different review periods for different Product categories, transaction types, delivery methods, Seller programs, pilot programs, or risk levels.
16. Buyer Cooperation
Buyers must cooperate with MRNMarket’s review process.
Buyer cooperation may include:
Failure to cooperate may result in denial or closure of the claim.
17. Seller Response
MRNMarket may request information or evidence from the Seller, including:
Failure by the Seller to respond may affect dispute review, Seller performance review, payout review, or other Platform-Level Decisions.
18. Platform-Level Decision
MRNMarket may make a platform-level administrative decision regarding Buyer Protection eligibility, refund review, return review, delivery confirmation, dispute outcome, payout review, or other Platform matters.
MRNMarket may consider:
A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.
MRNMarket may revise, reverse, or supplement a decision if new evidence, fraud indicators, payment processor information, legal requirements, or policy considerations arise.
19. Abusive Buyer Protection Claims
Buyers must not abuse Buyer Protection, refund, return, dispute, chargeback, or support processes.
Abusive conduct may include:
Abusive conduct may result in claim denial, refund denial, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, chargeback response, reporting to Payment Processors or authorities where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.
20. Chargebacks
Buyers may have rights to dispute payments through banks, card networks, digital wallets, or Payment Processors.
If a Buyer initiates a chargeback, MRNMarket may suspend platform-level dispute review for the same Transaction while the chargeback is pending.
Chargebacks may be governed by Payment Processor rules, card network rules, bank procedures, evidence review, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.
Abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in Account restrictions, loss of access, dispute denial, or recovery of applicable chargeback-related costs where permitted by law, Payment Processor rules, card network rules, and MRNMarket policies.
21. Off-Platform Transactions
Buyer Protection does not apply to transactions conducted outside the MRNMarket Platform.
Buyers should not make payments, agree to terms, or complete purchases outside approved MRNMarket channels where prohibited by MRNMarket policies.
MRNMarket is not responsible for off-platform payments, private arrangements, direct communications, external links, or transactions not recorded in MRNMarket systems.
22. Exclusions and Limitations
Buyer Protection does not cover every issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buyer Protection does not cover:
Nothing in this Policy limits Consumer Rights that cannot legally be waived.
23. No Guarantee
MRNMarket may provide Buyer Protection review, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:
Each review depends on the facts, evidence, policies, third-party rules, and applicable law.
24. Relationship With Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with:
If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
25. Changes to This Policy
MRNMarket may update this Buyer Protection Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, business operations, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the Buyer acknowledges the updated Policy.
Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
