6. Seller Accountability

Sellers on MRNMarket are responsible for:

1. accurate Listings;
2. lawful Products and Services;
3. Product quality and safety;
4. Product authenticity;
5. pricing and availability;
6. fulfillment and shipping;
7. delivery obligations;
8. refunds and returns where required;
9. warranties where applicable;
10. taxes, duties, customs, import/export obligations;
11. product compliance;
12. Buyer communications;
